Restored Historic Home Steps from Best of Indianapolis -- Walk Anywhere!
Mi esposa y yo somos bastante parciales, pero estamos bastante seguros de decir que esta es la mejor ubicación para alquilar una casa a corto plazo en Indianápolis.
Esta encantadora e histórica casa completamente remodelada es toda suya con estacionamiento en la parte trasera. La puerta es un código clave automatizado, así que regístrese con facilidad cuando lo desee.
Son solo minutos literales caminando a la mayoría de nuestras cosas favoritas para hacer en la ciudad. Esta casa está ubicada en el histórico Fletcher Place, ubicado directamente entre Fountain Square y el centro de la ciudad.
La casa es una casa histórica pequeña y remodelada con un área abierta de sala, comedor y cocina. Hay un patio cercado con césped y un patio de adoquines y un pequeño porche en la parte delantera de la casa.
Hay una habitación hacia la parte trasera de la casa y una habitación tipo loft abierta con una cama adicional, pero ten en cuenta que el loft está abierto al área común.
Hay una combinación de lavadora y secadora en el lugar con todas las comodidades típicas de "hotel" de secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar.
Hay un estacionamiento reservado para huéspedes disponible detrás de la casa.

It was an AMAZING house and the beds were very comfortable.

This place is in a super cute, historic area of Indy. It was within a 2-3 min walk to multiple eateries, two of them being Milktooth and Amberson Coffee which we both enjoyed immensely. The Eggy breakfast sandwich at Amberson was the best I’ve ever had! This place has historic charm but a new, modern, trendy aesthetic inside and is in a great location. Alex, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! We really enjoyed Indy all around. We loved exploring Massachusetts Ave and loved Garden Table and The Garage near the Bottleworks Hotel for lunch. We were in town for a DMB concert at Ruoff and used Top Shelf Tours as a shuttle. They were top notch! We also got to meet Dave Matthews! He autographed our arms and we got tattoos at Masterwork Tattoo. We had an awesome experience there with Patrick. Such a memorable weekend!

We needed somewhere to stay for a week near the downtown convention. This is a much better option than a hotel! It was spacious and even though it was downtown, it was far enough away to quiet and peaceful. The owners communicated with us all week to make sure everything was ok.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The house was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to some of the city’s best eats. Only a couple of blocks to a redline stop if you don’t want to deal with driving and parking downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was clean tidy and comfortable with modern furnishings and amenities, it was also stocked very well with small items like coffee a feel dry goods etc. Alex was great at staying in contact and even facilitated an early check in which was much apricated. The location was great as well an easy 25 min walk to the convention center but far enough away that it was quite and peaceful, it also has a couple of great breweries very close by and some awesome restaurants just round the corner. I would definitely look for this place on my next visit to Indianapolis

My daughter and I were in Indianapolis for a volleyball tournament at the Indianapolis Convention Center. We really enjoyed this home. It was perfect for the two of us and think it would work for most families seeking a two BR alternative to a hotel. The location is good - a few places to eat nearby and a fun bar/arcade that we checked out. It's certainly walkable to downtown and the convention center, but plan on a 15 minute+ walk. I'd highly recommend this home for parties of 2-4 looking for a relatively close to downtown alternative to hotels.

Very neat place near downtown so access to restaurants and events was great. The owners communicated very promptly and did a great job in preparing this house for my stay. Would highly recommend this property to others who are looking to stay in Indy. Very clean and has a lot of character.

Property was exactly as advertised n in the perfect location for me going back n forth for Grand Nationals at Lucus Oil Stadium. Nearby restaurants n coffee shops too!

3 of us stayed here for nationals FFA convention and it was PERFECT walking distance to the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The neighborhood was safe and we felt comfortable getting to and from the house to where we were going. Would recommend this place 10/10!

We're always glad that we tend to "do the research" when visiting a new city, and this rental was a perfect example of that. From the very first communications with the wonderful owners (who clearly love this neighborhood, their city, and being awesome hosts) to the super easy check in and property access, to the location near pretty much everything we wanted to do (including knockout-good restaurants just steps away), this quiet little gem of a house did not disappoint! They have thought of all the little things that so many other hosts forget...things like night lights, makeup towels, a fan, easy-to-use HVAC and building access, coffee and treats, excellent advice and guidance on things to eat, do, and visit in the area, a great TV system, and so forth. The location is pretty darned quiet even though it is literally steps from a vibrant restaurant and shopping street, set back just slightly in a pretty little historic neighborhood. Well done, we will be back for SURE!

Cute little place in the perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect--very short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. Parking was super easy as well. And the place was perfect! Super clean, great decor, and the little yard was awesome. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!
Wonderful stay at this property. Perfect location to access freeways for business outside of downtown but also accessible to all downtown activities. Cool neighborhood vibe and accommodations were great. Looking forward to my next visit.

Best yet
Property was great. A great location. Property owner was very responsive. I only saw one complaint about the owners when shopping properties. I truly believe there always has to be one in the bunch and I would disregard that complaint. The owners had this as the best equipped house I have rented to date. There was things they stocked just in case someone forgot something. I will hopefully be there once a year. Can't wait to go next year with my wife. A big thank you to the owners.

Quiet home with everything you need, nicely updated and clean, easy walking distance to Chilly Waters Brewing, eateries, greenway, etc. Canal Walk was great!

Definitely one of the best stays
Place was extremely clean and cozy. Amenities were great, had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Super close to downtown. Check in was easy. Communication with host was fast and speedy. Would highly recommend this stay!
