The food was super delicious, the room was basic, just a bed, a chair and bathroom. It had hot water. And AC. And a large terrace

The AC didn't had a heat mode working, so our clothes were quite dump and we couldn't dry them at all. Also the street was coated in mud, and slippery which made the access quite tricky.

We loved the experience of staying here. The family were lovely and the food absolutely delicious. In staying at a Homestay you need to remember it is how the locals live, community noise and business of daily life. We enjoyed hearing children playing, the radio airing the news throughout the day.

The shower is cold. We stayed in winter so this could be a problem for some. Something to be aware of but not a problem.

Este alojamiento es pésimo no lo recomiendo!!

Toda la información que da el alojamiento es falsa. No tiene piscina y tampoco deja las bicis gratis te cobran 50000 Dong. La distancia que pone del centro es falsa pone a 1,8 y está a 19 kilómetros que tienes que coger un taxi por que el bus no llega. El personal no te ayuda a nada. Las habitaciones sucias las camas con hormigas.

No restaurants close by left you to eat here.... 3 fried bananas is not breakfast to me. Refused to turn the AC on...even though it was stated by booking.com. Surly staff.

The food they served, both dinner and breakfast, was some of the best I had in Vietnam.

I did not get the room I paid for on Booking.com. Only after insisting on it did I get the room with private bathroom that I booked. Nevertheless, it was still not the room that I had chosen. For this worse room, I was charged extra, because I did not accept the dark little chamber with only a bed inside that they wanted me to sleep in. As I am traveling alone, they even took out the second pillow from the bed before I entered the room. Nice way to make your guest feel unwelcome. AC not working, no towels, quite dirty everywhere. I can not recommend anyone staying here.

Hosts are great - friendly and helpful. Serving good food, organising trips and giving good hints. Room was clean, with nice wooden furniture .
