Paint peeling off wall. Carpet stained. Place needs to be remodeled

Manager was friendly, helpful.

Opened the door and the room smelled strongly of chlorine and the floor was wet. When I went to put my socks on in the am, the soles of my feet were brown.

Horrible. Room smelled bad. There was mouse poop on bed we had to go to Walmart n buy bedding! Been coughing ever since I left there which is prolly mold. Snotty attitude when we checked in. No room service on Saturday when gone for day. Had to look around for toilet paper. Should offer refund for the horrible experience. If u ask me they shouldn't be running a motel that's not clean. Will never go back. I have friends that live in the town and they said I can't believe u stayed there. Pictures online are sure not the pics of our rooms. Couldn't walk after sleeping in bed as it was sunk in the middle

Nothing, tried to find somewhere else to stay and was going to eat a nights cost to get the hell out of there. Unfortunately everything else was booked and we were stuck.

Scummy room, wasn’t clean. Had to put foam pads and shower curtain liners on beds because first thing we walked into were bugs crawling on the pillows. Spiders on the walls, mold in the bathroom, nasty shower curtain liner, slow wifi so streaming on roku kept going out, dog hair everywhere, no staff ever available other than when we arrived to check in. Had to help ourselves to towels and toilet paper after we found where everything was stored. No coffee. Couldn’t open windows to air stench out of room. Dumpster outside of room smelled like something died in it. Carpet turned socks and feet black. Dingiest place Ive ever stayed in. Pictures are deceitful, I feel betrayed. I want my money back.

Location was perfect for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. I missed breakfast- left too early.

It was about as clean as I expected. The rooms could use a refresh, but for one night it fit the bill.

Does not resemble photos posted on Booking.com, messy, bad signage..drove right by. Office in complete disarray. Indifferent people at check in. Did not stay...felt unsafe.

Employee was great with check-in. Nice TV with Roku. Fridge with freezer.

Breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 am as advertised. A handful of granola bars and oatmeal cups were available, but no coffee or other items. Smoke detector was missing from room. Shower extremely small. Room wasn't very clean. No heat.

We were so late getting in - it was one of those days. Staff was kind, understanding, and let us check in at a ridiculous hour.

Staff was great, run down looking, looked like a place you’d find a body hidden somewhere.

They are in the middle of renovations and the room I was in should not have been rented. In this day of technologies, there was only I plug and I usb available. No fridge, microwave or even water glasses available. I commend them on fixing up the place but they have a long way to go. But the price reflects their non completion of Reno’s which is nice

The front desk woman and man were so nice!!

The bathroom wasn't totally cleaned! But we got in there kinda late so we were just tired and happy to have a comfortable bed! And the lady came and cleaned the bathroom the next morning and apologized!

I didn't like anything about the place, it is worn and run down. The carpet was pretty worn an shabby, stunk. TV was static, No tissues, no coffee. How can you be associated with Timber Lodge, and put them on your site. From now on comsider me a lost customer.

There was no breakfast. Location is good.

This place is in dire need upgrade. I don’t think some of it has been touched for 60 years. Everything is worn and in tough shape yet you’re paying rates similar to much nicer places. Would not recommend.

this is a property under new ownership, and they are trying very hard to update and refresh everything. They are very kind people.
