We enjoyed every part of our stay here! Lots of room to spread out, nice quiet location and space out back to hang out! Would definitely recommend and will be our first choice to stay again!

4 middle age guys road trip back to MHK for a football game. This place did the job nicely for a couple nights in town. Kinda wish it had sports channels like espn but not that big of a deal.

As advertised and super clean! Close to everything and super quiet! Hosts are great and respond very quickly to messages and phone. We had some changes to our flights that caused us to get in very late and they were very gracious and helpful late at night. Will definitely look to book again when we are visiting Manhattan.

Loved this stay! Nice and quiet...a little hard to find..do not wait until dark to try and find it!! lol
Property and bunkhouse were super clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and communication was great! 4 out of 5 stars....the only grunch we had was totally personal preference but lord our mattress was SO hard lol...but seriously...great stay!!! Thank you SO much!!

The Bunkhouse was an awesome place to stay! It is very spacious and well equipped. The owners live next door, yet there was plenty of privacy for those of us staying at the Bunkhouse. It is tastefully decorated with a comfy outdoor seating area. We hope to be back to stay again for a KState football game weekend. We would definitely recommend the Bunkhouse for family and/or friends to stay while in beautiful Manhattan.

Everything we needed was provided except an iron and ironing board, which the owners were quick to bring both to the house. The location of the house was very convenient. It was a very short drive to town. The owners had great communication and were easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and inviting
We spent the weekend in Manhattan and stayed at the Bunkhouse. We had a great time. There is a lot of space to spread out. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you Kris and Steve for your hospitality. Communication with Kris was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

Skip hotels and stay here!
I want to say this was the best way to end our time with Manhattan. The place is amazing and so much room and super clean. The owners were so accommodating to us. My husband was coming back from a trip with his Semi and they let us park on their property where we were staying. We had many many set back with the day we were suppose to leave. They were very understanding and generous with their place. If you are staying in Manhattan, skip the hotels and book here. Sad, we just found this place on our last visit.

Unique property! Very open floor plan which is great for get togethers.
The floor plan is great for family gatherings. The owners were very attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The bedrooms are upstairs for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
