Lovely style of apartment with great facilities.

The couch in the living room is uncomfortable.

The room is excellent super clean and fully equip with all you can imagine to get from the rental apartment. Also, It is so spacious we are family of 5 and very comfy while stay. We would recommend! We will come back ageing for sure.

Tthe nearest supermarket is 7mins walk away.

The location is out of the way and in the middle of a residential area. You will need to take a taxi as it is a bit of a walk from the train station.

Great little place clean, spacious. Fits 3-4 comfortably has everything you need and big fridge.

Sadly had a con or two, the first con was our room was located on the second floor and we had a few heavy suit case which made it difficult to climb up the stairs with. The last con if walking from the station to the hotel is a fair bit of a walk and pretty confusing as well, but this could all be avoid if you wanted to spend the money and get a taxi. The last one would be the smoke alarm is right out side of the shower which is pretty scary.

Great facilities, close location, spacious room. Trains from Rinku town to Kansai Airport run every 6 mins.

We arrived in the dead of night - Google maps did NOT help us find the location, since Rinku Town's train station is located above and next to, highways, parking lots, hospital and lots of buildings and a shopping mall. We couldn't figure out the navigation even though google indicated that it was a 13 mins. walk. It was a 5 min. taxi ride. We used Google to back track and realized that we would have NEVER found it - as you enter small streets, alley ways, in a residential area - it was way too dark and ominous to venture to find it. Could the host give better instructions how to EXACTLY depart the train station and with maybe photos to show the route? Additionally, I couldn't do any communication with the host as my phone had a E-sim card with no possibility to call. There was no what's app nor text message possibility.

Amenities were very complete. Have bath tub which was useful. Place is spacious

It's 15 mins walk to station like rinku Town or izusano. Some part is not paved road which make pushing luggage difficult. Walk to factory outlet is 20 mins walk.

Guests on the 2nd floor are very noisy, even though it's close to bedtime. But they were still running and playing.

Location was very close to airport long term parking. There is a park with a playground across the street. The air-conditioning worked great. The refrigerator was ample size to hold grocery items and drinks. The room was very clean and bedding clean and comfortable. A free and very convenient parking spot next to the building was included. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Floors are noisy. Can hear all walking and running in the unit above. Even walking on the floor of the ground floor unit echoed throughout the room.k

Good size for family of four. They have everything,a washing machine, refrigerator, and small kitchen. Easy check in and out. Neighbors are quiet and nice.

The emergency exit light is in the middle of the entrance, it was too bright at night.
