We loved this cute little house! It was perfect! We were here for a wedding and to catch up with some Army friends. We didn't want to leave.

This rental was absolutely PERFECT for our needs. We moved our oldest daughter into college for her freshman year and Sweet T’s was just the perfect place to stay to do that! We were only 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) minutes away from Crown Bible College which was amazing to be able to take breaks during the busy weekend and run back “home”. The accommodations were wonderful! Everything at bed the listing description and the pictures! The sweet little coffee bar was a hit with our family!! Well stocked rental with bed linens, towels, and even cookware!! Beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was wonderful, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup! Miss Sue was always very quick to respond to any questions! We will be back for visits with our daughter over the next few years and we will for sure be staying at Sweet T’s again!!

Sweet T’s delivered. The property was just as pictured and described. The kitchen was fully outfitted and we enjoyed the porch with the string lights at night. Sue was responsive to our questions about Wi-Fi. Great property.

My son lives nearby and I decided to come down for a visit. This is a nice rental with two bedrooms, a very nice fenced in yard and quite neighborhood. When I come back to the area for a visit, I'll certainly hope that this rental is available.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Knoxville at Sweet T’s! The property was immaculate and well stocked. It was so cozy and comfortable too! The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at Sweet T's. Sue was so kind and communicative! The house was cozy and the beds were comfy. We were about 25 minutes from Knoxville and just over an hour to Gatlinburg. The adults enjoyed the patio and my son enjoyed the yard!

Great location, just a few miles to everything! Cozy, comfortable, feel of home! The home was well stocked with everything you need! The owner has gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Coffee bar area is awesome! Crisp mountain air on swing with fresh brewed coffee breath taking! Will return again! Go vols!

We had a very pleasant stay. This was a nice house in a quite area. The location was great because it was out of heavy traffic but easy access to downtown Knoxville. We had everything we needed in the house and the beds were comfortable. The fenced yard was also great for our pups.

We were in town for a funeral and we're able to have some amazing family time. Sweet T's has everything you need. I felt so relaxed on the porch swing. The pups were able to play in the fenced in yard which was a plus.

My girlfriends and I decided to plan a trip to Knoxville and watch the Gators play UT. We absolutely loved our stay at Sweet T's! The house was clean, cute, and cozy - we especially enjoyed the front porch! The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, and I would most definitely stay at Sweet T's again!

Host is very accommodating and is very prompt to address questions. Location is so peaceful. Enjoyed the singing birds and the leaves rustling in the wind. Even saw two deer. Convenient to services. Definitely would recommend highly.

Great place for kids and puppy
Nice peaceful house in the country. Loved the fully fenced in yard. The kids and puppy could play safely , while we enjoyed our coffee in the front porch swing.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Getaway
This was the coziest and most welcoming vacation thanks to Sue. There were so many charming details throughout that I gathered some home decor inspiration. We had 3 people and one dog stay while rowing at Oak Ridge. It was perfect! All the amenities and it was very cozy and comfortable.
Make sure to stop by the house before shopping for the week because Sue has lots of condiments, spices and a lot of the basics already there.
Thank you for the hospitality -- it was great!

Great stay
Sue was great at communicating and making sure our needs were met. Definitely good place to stay for a small group. Maybe more so friends than a family with multiple adults but we were treated well and would stay again. Nice to have a place for the dog to actually stay and the house is very accommodating to pets! House was a little older but very clean. Parking is a little confusing, we couldn't find the back parking so probably an error on our side. We ended up leaving something and the owner kindly mailed it to us. So sweet. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for making our stay great.

Thanksgiving with the grandkids
This was a perfect place for the two of us and our dogs. Quiet, country setting close to our daughter and her family with lots of fun surprises and a wonderful fenced yard for the dogs!

I would give a heads-up to ladies that she would not like you to use towels to remove makeup. Not a big deal, but left me with a conundrum…. Also, we are outdoor smokers and walked outside of the property every time. Which is also not a big deal, until it rains. Other than that, PERFECT!!!! Great stay!!! I would recommend to anyone, except when we’re coming in town, then you’re not allowed there. Haha!

Great place, comfy and cozy
We loved our stay here..had just enough room for all of us 3, plus out little beagle..very clean, nice decor, and had everything we needed..even coffee!! Highly recommend..very close and convenient to Downtown Knoxville..would stay here again!!

We stayed at Sue’s place for our weekend in Knoxville. Everything was great and the communication with the owner was great. Sue made she that we felt right at home and she had little sweet surprises to make our stay special. We have two small dogs and they loved running around the house. This place had everything we needed and was very clean. Wonderful host and cute little house in a great quiet location!
