I loved the rooms and the cleanliness.. I like the shower gel.. I also liked the extra bedroom

There's an employee there that's very rude! The way he talks to the guess is unbelievable. It was the morning after my stay that I seen a gentleman at the front desk. I was just trying to turn in my keys and he was very rude.. Every time I go there he's always rude

The pool

Could not utilize the shower due to the overhead light in the shower leaking. Hazardous to mix electricity by turning the lights on in the bathroom because of the light in the ceiling in the shower due to the light position in the shower leaking. So my grandbaby and myself could not tske a shower.

Breakfast was nice. Easy check in and check out. Nice restaurants in the area.

Very muggy and the air conditioner was not very easily used. Could not change the temp so room was muggy.

I chose this hotel for a family vacation with the kids because of the heated pool. The water was freezing ☹️

we were there for a short overnight. came in late & left early so weren’t able to use facilities but from what we did experience, the room was very open w lots of room, very clean & bathroom was nice & modern.

I booked it online and prepaid for the room but when We arrived they didn’t have receipt of that payment so I was charged twice. I don’t know if it was booking.com or the hotel’s issue but it out me at an i convenience having to front that money. the fromt desk gentlman wasn’t much of a help altho I’m not sure he cld have helped much. I tried showing him my paid receipt online from booking but he said it wasn’t showing up & didn’t seem to care. It was also late (around midnight) so not sure if he was a manager or not.

Room was hot cold hot cold hot cold all night. Lots of noise from road. Would request a room opposite the 4 lane Genesee st

Would prefer a lock for the bathroom door in any room with more than one bed.

breakfast bar and all tables were disgusting nothing was cleaned up. most tables were empty and filthy. we had to take our food back to the room because there was no place clean to sit down and eat. we went down at 8am nothing was prepared.
