Very nice room and comfortable bed. Really great step in shower with great water flow.

Desk person did not appear to be interested in helping me. Never told me about breakfast or facilities. Was not impressed.

Like the location. Close to restaurants and main road.

Hard to get your room cleaned. They are short staffed.

the room that I was given had a bucket underneath the bathroom sink. it was filled with water half way assuming it was a leaky pipe.

The location was fine.

The staff was frosty at best. It would be good to train staff before opening a hotel. Hiring anyone that is breathing is not a good strategy. Continental breakfast was poor and the coffee was cheap and poorly made. The construction details in the room were poorly done and some not finished.

This room was booked and confirmed, but on our arrival about 5 PM in a drenching downpour, we were told that the hotel had been overbooked and we were transferred to another hotel. In that location (once we found it) we were given a handicapped patron room with its understandable inconveniences for non-handicapped individuals. The room also had completely inadequate lighting and minimal storage.

The location of the room was next to the motel pool. Which was extremely loud, and annoying..the breakfast was horrible and prepackaged garbage. The location of the hotel made no sense. The room wasn't cleaned and we were never told or given the option

Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Easy access back to the highway. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

the location was perfect. the room was very clean. nice hot breakfast. we didn’t use the fitness center but the pool was great if you are traveling with children.

minor complaint but the garbage cans were very small. we ordered in dinner and there just wasn’t enough space to put our trash.
