Location was awesome. The house was great...there were plenty of pillows, blankets, water toys, kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed for the entire family - even our grandson. Movies were great. binoculars, etc...

The only things that kept this place out of the excellent rating - 1) hot tub was GREEN...and dirty. 2) We needed all bedrooms and the yacht for the family. The yacht had a very strong mold/musty odor and there was a septic tank smell to it. 3) the wi-fi connection was really bad and we were prepared for that but it is worth mentioning in the review to reinforce what the listing already noted. We called Rachael right away on the hot tub/boat odor and we were able to demonstrate the challenges when she came by on Sunday. There was nothing she could do to fix the conditions though. Anyway - it really is a wonderful rental and, if they fix the tub/smell - we would for sure want to go back.
