Location is ideal. Slightly central. The beds and continental pillows are comfortable. Very warm reception area.

The rooms are quite small and stuffy. Not easy to locate breakfast option on booking.com, one assumed that it was included. Numbers for reception are not accessible even with the scanning of the QR code. The lifts were stuck most of the time and delayed The iron is locked to the iron board, makes it difficult to iron.

Two of the staff members at reception could do with training in customer care.The rest of the staff were friendly. The cleaning staff should respect privacy and not enter rooms while we are in it,especially if we don't have a sign on the door that requests making up the room.The lemonade was delicious but only available the 1st 2 days of our stay.No welcome hampers as per website and breakfast price could be reduced considering that it isn't a buffet.The beef brisket was amazing! Beach was close by but we were advised by staff on the first night that it isn't safe to walk at anytime of the day.That put a damper on the location as we then ended up driving everywhere.Security responded promptly to noisy neighbours when i complained at 3am.

The small balcony where you could go out and get fresh air. The twin beds comfortable. The shower was great too. Nice and quiet.

no comment as I thought it was too expensive..maybe try a menu with pricing buffet is for me and many other not worth the buy as we are small eaters wimpy/mcdonald kind of pricing as that way you will have more walk in customers have your buffet for the big eaters thank you

lift’s were a problem and my room 309 leaked water into the room from the aircon but otherwise everything was good

My room was above the main vehicle entrance, which made it a bit noisy. However, some rooms will always be noisier than others.

The property was very clean and user friendly.

Room was very clean! Appreciated it so much. The shower was big enough which I really appreciated too. Breakfast was wonderful. No complaints! The chef should try not to burn the omelette often hey (hide) Security guys are super friendly OMG. Checkout was smooth. WiFi was strong.. no problems. Water was consistently hot

Checkin: I was asked whether it was my first time I said yes and that was it. No further information regarding breakfast times, lunch/dinner, WiFi, room service, where meals are had. I was given my room key to figure everything out. I thought maybe it’s the bigger hotels that do that. 2nd morning - Asking for cutlery during breakfast was like asking for Mount Everest to be moved. Only one lady was willing to bring me cutlery.. I forgot her name but she’s a little light skinned. All the others just looked and ignored me. No availability of almond milk at breakfast.. it was a little sad but I stuck with water instead of cappuccino. The room was alright. I didn’t expect it to be that small but it was just okay. Luckily I brought a hair dryer Basin was a little small.. didn’t expect that at all but managed to work around it. Not enough sunlight coming in but I think it was were my room was situated. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. It was a little hard.
