This is without a doubt the best hotel in Cusco! Not because it is luxurious or fancy, but because of the overall atmosphere. You will feel like visiting a family - the one you actually like. Victor, the owner, is an amazing person who makes you feel right at home. If you're not spoiled and arrogant, you might just make a friend for life. The price of the room is really good, and it comes with breakfast (and coffee 😃) and a free ride to and from the airport. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We were worried that we would get cold at night because Cusco can get chilly, but the rooms are very well isolated, and we didn't hear any noises from other rooms (even when the hotel was at full capacity). If you get cold at night, though, you can rent a heater for a few dollars a day. The showers have HOT water, and we've never run out. If you have an early morning, Victor will be up to make sure you have snacks ready for your trip. We got even luckier, and when we were going to Machu Picchu at 4am, Victor personally drove us to the train station. He has a heart of gold. Also, if you don't speak Spanish, make sure your phone's translator app is ready so you can communicate with Victor and everyone else in Cusco. You are in a different country, so don't expect locals to speak any other language than their own. When we go back to Cusco, we will definitely stay in Ureta, and we recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff and their customer service is top notch. They are very friendly and helpful. Moreover, they really do whatever is needed to assist.

I can't say this enough. The staff were the nicest and most helpful ever. Everything was comfortable and clean and the hot showers were amazing!

Only small downside was it is located in a kind of odd side street that ubers and taxis seemed to have a difficult time finding.

All of the staff was incredible. I would come back to Peru just to stay at this hotel again. We went on the inka trail hike and had to leave at 3am - they had a bag of snacks, juices and fruits ready for us when we left. They are all amazing people and greeted us with so much love!!

Victor and his wife were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the lobby for the first time, I knew that Ureta Hotel was an excellent choice. Victor and I have created a friendship. I will missed our long talks in the Lobby. The amazing breakfast created by his lovely wife and himself very early in the morning, and the lunch bags they will made for us for our long drives to our tours. Very Highly Recommended.

Extremely friendly staff, everyone trying to do their best to be at your service. Breakfast is generous and custom made for you. Transportation from the airport is included in the price.

The main issue is to keep comfortable temperature in the room including bathroom.

I spent with my friend three nights in hotel Ureta :) I definetely recommend this place! The room was clean and very comfortable! The breakfast - delicious! Staff - super friendly and helpful! Nice and warm people. What can I say? Simply 10/10!
