Check in was friendly and efficient. In room safe. Self service laundry.

Incompetence by service staff. No cleaning during three nights stay. Slamming doors almost constantly. Noise from street.

The hotel itself was fine. Moncton is small so the location is irrelevant. The bed was comfortable.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the man at the front desk didn't look at me or acknowledge me for 2 full minutes while he spoke with another staff member. I wouldn't have given it a second thought if he simply made eye contact and said "just a moment" or something, but instead, just ignored me. Once he finally spoke to me I asked where I could park and he said it was an extra $12 to park which feels ridiculous for such an already expensive hotel room.

Bed was comfortable- it was clean- staff very friendly-room spacious-great pillows

Neighbors were up until 2am. Music and loud talking. Staff advised these guests 2x to be quiet. Not resolved. I had to knock on their door at 2am. Resulted in stopping noise. At 5 am it started again.

The walls were not sound proof and the neighbours could be heard on all sides. Very noisy. Noise Complaints weren’t fully addressed .

I didn’t like being placed next to noisy neighbours .

Wifi cost My friend’s chicken pasta supper had too much skin/grizzle in it but we were given a deduction for the overall meal (which was appreciated).

No in room movie rental, asked for something at the front desk which they said they would look for, and the staff never called back. Was disappointed no breakfast served after 10 am.

All the facilities you would expect in a Hilton, situated a 10 minute walk from downtown. Good sized room, comfortable bed and excellent string shower.

didnt eat breakfast but the restaurant food was really good and the macaroons!

We stayed for three night always came in to make bed, take garbage and refill the towels but the shampoo nor body soap dispensers was refilled the whole time there so that was a let down. Also while swimming in the pool one of the staff kept coming in to vacuum the water on the floor i get it may be safety reasons but it was a lot and hard to hear with it going and trying to watch my kids swim he was go around my feet 6 times and i felt i was in the way so that was not such a great experince.

The location was terrific. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops which was the main reason I chose The Hilton Garden Inn.

I didn't like the extra charge for parking. There was no mention of that charge until I get there. That would have influenced my decision to stay there had I know it ahead of time.

It was very clean. And quiet. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfy
