A bit far away (~1km) from station, if you have big luggage, may need to take a taxi.

I didn't see any breakfast. Location is close to train station and easy to go to KIX by train.

Two improvements: 1) Provide the directions as detail as possible. The property in Osaka provide how to take public transpiration which is very helpful to travelers. 2) In fact the proper is very close to Train station. The owner can suggest guest to consider taking train to go to airport, if there is any need.
