Everything we needed was within SHORT walking distance, Lavandaria, Food… directly on the Camino de Santiago route.

The hotel is a local, central hotel with simple but very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a small balcony looking out on the town square. The lady on reception was extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful answering questions. There were a number of good restaurants just up the street. The bed was large and comfortable and we slept well.

Nothing apart from some tea making things would be a bonus.

Girl on reception was excellent - spoke English and was very customer oriented . My bicycle was stored safely and securely but a good 5-10 min walk away

Der freundliche und persönliche Empfang bei meiner Ankunft, der tolle Service des gesamten Personals, dass ich das Zimmer ohne Wenn und Aber sofort tauschen konnte, da ersteres direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl lag, die Lage des Hotels am Camino in der Fußgängerzone und Nähe zu den zahlreichen Gaststätten und dem Supermarkt, der Busausflug zum Playa de Catedrais

Very clean and comfortable room. Great location right on the Camino. The staff is extremely attentive and provided me with excellent information about sites I wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are modern, decent and clean. The location is prime too. The receptionists are very helpful and they spoke english as well.

This is a family run business and they took pride in aspects of my stay. The room was first class and when I wanted to know about things local they were very helpful and pleased to be able to help.

The washbasin was inoperable not draining any water and showing that the problem already existed and was not solved. A major disgusting hygienic problem. In this condition, the room offered, already a quite unpleasant internal room, was deemed strictly unacceptable. I came late, slept and departed early morning trying not to get annoyed over this passing by Ribadeo, after so many good accomodation experiences across the Camino del Norte. If you offer hotel accomodation it must be in neat operational condition, otherwise better close these kind of substandard rooms. A big, big minus.

We were amazed with our stay in the hotel (room, reception). The hotel is a 1 star hotel but it is better than a 5 stars. The room was very clean and warm. The toilet and shower the perfect size. The bed very comfortable. I am very happy I have booked this hotel. Thanks to the owner to be so welcoming.
