Nothing. It's cute, but having to hear your downstairs neighbors cancels out anything positive.

I thought we had the whole place and didn't know we would have downstairs neighbors till the check-in email. It says to be mindful of your noise, but that's an understatement. You can hear everything your downstairs neighbors are doing and talking about. It's awful, so if you're looking for something quiet do not book here.

The location and neighborhood were nice and convenient.

The sleeping accommodations were falsely advertised. It said it slept 4 adults. There was a queen in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room. The sofabed was not usable, as it had no mattress or topper on top of the box springs. There also were no sheets available for the sofabed at the house. The caretaker was willing to bring sheets, but there was no point as I told him the bed was not sleepable. I asked for a discount, but the owner was not willing to give one, saying he deemed the bed usable. I suggest he try sleeping on box springs and he might change his mind! We had to get a blow-up mattress to use during our stay there.

The location for tourists visiting Boise was good. The basement was well refurbished and decorated and has windows. The mattrass was comfortable.

Earlier information that I was booking a basement would have been helpful. The upstairs apartment shares the boiler located in the basement.The noise is startling. The long sleep stairway would not be ideal for elderly guests with luggage.

This place was announce as an entire place with pictures of a house. But we ended up renting the basement, there wasn't even a choice. It was so cold that we have to turn on the heater (in the summer). Depending on who was upstairs, we could hear everything. The cook top (there was no oven) takes hours to cook a simple meal. Finally, the staff was very quick and friendly when making requests, but very rude and unresponsive when replying our questions. Oh, check-in was at 3pm, but checkout was at 10am.
