We had a great stay at Parkview. The flat was new and spacious with all the needed amenities and in a great location close to town and golf. The building is very secure and right beside a walking trail down to the park.
The hosts communicated very well with us before, during and after our stay.
The two bikes were also handy to have to get around town and the Old Course.
We would highly recommend Parkview.

This is a wonderful, modern apartment, located so that virtually everything is within walking distance. The indoor garage is a huge plus. A first class operation - highly recommended!

This property was incredible! It exceeded our expectations and was a beautiful property … it was very modern and very well kept … and very secure with locked gates around the perimeter and one of the bedrooms had an American size king bed when the single beds were put together! It had 2 full bathrooms - one with a very large shower and the other with a bathtub and shower combination. We were 4 adults staying in this property for 2 weeks and the size was perfect for sharing!! The modern, spacious kitchen was well-equipped and had a large fridge with freezer. And it had a great washer/dryer combo. This property is only 1/2 mile to a M&S Food Store which is amazing and has lots of gluten free and vegetarian choices. The property is beside a very large parkland and the Lade Braes walk. And a very short 5 minute walk to St. Andrews Old Town Centre. We met several of the neighbours in the complex who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and will be looking to rent again on future visits.

Great location and accommodation to base our golf trip at St Andrews. Easy walk to shops/market/restaurants and golf course. The picture and descriptions are accurate. The host provided excellent restaurant recommendations for St Andrews and Edinburgh.

We stayed in this apartment last weekend for my husbands 40th Birthday. We found it very well appointed, immaculately clean, safe and a great location. Really lovely flat in central location - 5 mins walk and you are in the middle of St Andrews. Private parking a real bonus (being so near the centre). Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and a really nice space to chill out in-between all the walking you will inevitably do! will def be back.

Great, comfortable and well appointed property adjacent to park in St Andrews. Very secure spot with garage parking. We will definitely stay here again. Graham and Adam gave us great restaurant recommendations and were very attentive. Cannot recommend them and their property enough.

We had a great stay here. Everything was great. The beds/bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. They place was very clean. It was a quick walk into town and also close to University Hall, where we had dance classes.
We will be staying again!

We had a lovely experience all around. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Quiet, adjacent to a beautiful park, and walkable to really anywhere in St. Andrews. The owner was responsive, helpful and showed tremendous hospitality. We had the best vacation. The first floor flat was clean, comfortable, modern and is well appointed. It is very well located to walk into central St Andrews and the car parking space can be valuable. There are nice views of the park and the neighborhood is quiet. Graham is a very good host and was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions during our stay.

This lovely flat is right next to the Lade Braes Walk that offers a beautiful walk along the river in one direction and a quick walk to downtown in the opposite direction. The flat is equipped with all the modern conveniences and everything is exactly as depicted in the photos. Graham is a very helpful host and quick to respond to any queries. We especially appreciated having a dedicated parking space in a garage, as well as a locker for our golf clubs. We will definitely be returning.

Warm, comfortable and secure apartment, overlooking a park adjacent to the botanic gardens, everywhere you'd want to visit is within easy walking distance. Park the car within the property and enjoy St. Andrews.

Perfect room for us-sitting area, table and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom had ability to be two beds or one. Quiet neighbors and walking distance to everything. Loved it!

This was our first-time booking property overseas, and we were apprehensive. Graham the owner was so nice. He welcomed us and had all the information we needed to find the place and get in, even to storing our luggage till flat was ready. Flat is nicely located to everything in town. Clean and bright and comfortable. Cab service is in walking distance, also grocery shopping. View and surroundings area are beautiful. We left there not saying if we come back, but when we come back.

Lovely property in such a great location. A short stroll into the centre and close to all amenities. Host thought of everything and property was spotlessly clean. Communication was great and I am very happy we chose Parkview for our summer holiday.

The responsiveness of the owner was great and the condo was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for vacationing in St. Andrews. We could walk to everything in St. Andrews, so it was perfect for my husband and I and another couple. We would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to be within walking distance of all of St. Andrew, but still be private and quiet.

Our stay was outstanding due to the excellent property. As billed it was located very centrally to the town, very clean with all amenities as described in the description. The owner was helpful, easy to communicate with and all instructions were well listed and easy to understand. An exceptional sty and highly reccomended for a stay in St. Andrews.

Fabulous place to stay!
We loved staying at Parkview. The location is right in the heart of St Andrews and the apartment overlooks a pretty park so its nice and quiet. The flat is immaculate, is just like the photos and has secure covered garage parking with a dedicated, secure storage unit which was perfect for all our golf clubs. Our host Graham made everything run like clockwork for us, thank you Graham. We can't wait to come back!

This is an amazing property with a fantastic host! It was even better than advertised and Graham was very easy to work with and communicate with. The location is perfect and the dedicated parking makes it even better. It was the perfect place for our family of four and the amenities are perfect.
