We loved everything about this beautiful home which very comfortably accommodated a multi-generational family of 9. The birdlife was amazing! The fire place and the extraordinary DVD and book collection all made for a lovely stay despite the dreary weather.

The stairs to the main section of the house were no problem for us but some older folk might struggle with them.

Beautiful, big wooden house suitable for a big family. Surrounded by nature (birds, buck, bunnies etc) and very peaceful. Close to the lake and Breton on sea. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

No complaints, but just take note of the following: - There's a lot of stairs to climb. - The outside braai (boma) is a bit uneven and seating is limited. Take your own camping chairs with if you enjoy a family braai outside like we do. They do however have a weber and gas braai you can also use.

This is a great getaway for a group of people. The house and rooms are spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space

Everything!!!! Thank you Dave for being a perfect host an allowing us to use this beautiful house. Perfect for a big family. Had Everything we needed and more. Children had a ball of a time running around.

Location was just a little far from everything, but wasn't really an issue

The house is well equipped with really good equipment and cutlery. Everything luxurious and a lot of room for a big party to stay.

There is no place for a braai with wood

Everything! Enough space. House well equipped. Beds were comfortable.

We loved everything. Only issue, stairs too much for my 81 year old mom.

This home is just beautiful! The decor simply stunning. They thought of all the details that makes a holiday fun...loads of board games, books, old school dvds, frizbee and the list goes on... It feels like you are sleeping in the trees. Our family had a wonderful time together and we are so greatful we spent it at this cabin!
