Check in was quick and easy and so friendly. Odett was our server at brunch, she was lovely and attentive. The grounds were beautiful. Super clise to WDW.

Room was very spacious. View was great.
Bathroom floor could be cleaned and sanitized. Overall loved the hotel. Restaurant was great. Staff wonderful!

Our stay was for a work meeting. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is showing its age without upkeep. The bed was relatively comfortable, the furniture was old and showing a lot of wear and tear. Our toilet did not flush properly and was very loud. On the positive, the staff was very nice and parking is convenient and central to downtown Celebration.

My room was not what I was expecting, also the air conditioner was making a lot of noise like a airplane inside of the room and the room temperature was not cool enough.Do not have microwave in the room. Pillow and bed was not very comfortable neither.

We picked Melia because of its proximity to Celebration Hospital. Having had not stayed there before and we were very pleasantly surprised by the facility. The rooms, service, and friendliness were excellent. Although we were not able to use all the amenities everything looked great.

Evelyn was amazing. On the morning after the storm hit, she was able to get my wife and I in early before the check in time. She is absolutely amazing. The wilson is a great restaurant with great prices

We want to give all our thanks to hotel Meliá for treating us so well during the hurricane. We evacuated from st Pete and the hotel felt like a home away from home. The staff was warm and friendly and the room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Having the kitchen was a blessing. Thank you so much for helping us evacuate through Milton

The Melià Hotel has amazing vibes. It’s an utterly beautiful property. The circular pool is lovely and will tempt you away from a day at the theme park. We also loved the old school music being played! The pool had fun kids activities, a bouncey slide and even a dance/exercise class one day The rooms are very clean and comfortable like home. I love that it was pet friendly and very convenient to other fun spots I. Orlando. I cannot wait to visit again!

Front desk is clueless. They couldn’t get my room keys connected to the room right, he repeatedly asked me if I had dogs which I didn’t and they were just rude, I’ve loved staying here because of the room size and closeness to Disney, but their “resort fee” is a joke - especially for one night!!

All is great except my room door battery died. Caused my wrist band keys to not work. Had to walk back & forth to car to get 2nd band. 2nd band also didnt work. Walk to frint desk. Walk to room and waited 15 mins for engineers to come reboot look. Wait for charge test keys. Delayed my day. Everything else was fine! Wish i didnt have to go through this!

Check in was horrible., very mismanaged, unorganized, understaffed. All else great. Super clean, huge room. Friendly.

The main room was clean but thr bathroom floor was dirty and hairwas in thr tub/shower..totally gross. Thr main issuewad thr noise..kids running up and doen the halls until midnight and the band was playing until 1030pm even thought the staff in thr lobby after calling3 times stated they stop at 10pm. The band was extremely loud and made it impossible to try and sleep but even sit in thr room to enjoy our stay. If you are goikg to hwve a live band playing extremely loud you should let quest now.

Is clean, quiet, safe. But there were two things didn't like. First, there is no microwave available for those in rooms with no kitchenette. Maybe you could have on in the same area as the ice machine. Second, the door separating the small and big rooms had a gap at the bottom and my room will fill with the food smells coming from the other room. Plus I could hear all the handling of dishes and cookware. Other than that enjoyed your facility

Awesome property! Staff very welcoming and helpful. Pool area is wonderful. Great for families. It’s more like a condo than a hotel room so very comfortable.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. The property is beautiful. The pool was perfect and clean. The hotel is located near a supermarket (I had to shop for special foods for my 2 yo daughter) there is restaurant on premises food was okay but over all it was a great and convenient to have access to a restaurant. Definitely will comeback.

I stay at the Melia Celebration about 10 times a year!
The personnel is awesome! The rooms are super clean and housekeeping staff are not only excellent but they are lovely to the guests. On this visit I only booked a standard room and was more than surprised to have gotten an upgrade and was so appreciative!!

Was a really nice place l. Very enjoyable. The 35 $ resort fee per night is a little pricey though.
My only complaint was that on my final night I got back from Disney Springs and went to use the elevator. When the doors opened the floor was covered in what seemed like blood. This wasn’t the hotels fault and as soon as I notified staff they quickly closed off the elevator and fixed the issue.

The room upgrade was huge, not windows, and 2 balcony areas. Fully functioning kitchen and spacious bathrooms. The pool, restaurant, outdoor bar and fun zones were wonderful. The hot tub was very relaxing after traveling so far.

I have been going to Lelia since day the opened it. Its name was Mona lisa. We have visitied it at least araound 150 /170 times. We use to gonto Orlando every other week for about 20 years. This last time. It was the worst condition i have seen the place. Laundry machines were removed /paper towels are not given any more. Carpets and BedHeads all stained. The front desk was not helpful either when changing accommodations...BUT the Worst of all ..ONE OF THE most Beautiful polls we have ever been is all full of black mold inside.
