I stayed at Summer Lovin' for the month of February 2023 as I've been coming to Key West in the Winter for 30 years. Love the house and property. Parking is a challenge but that's Key West!

We recently stayed a month in summer lovin’ and enjoyed every minute. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location! Everything was within walking distance. Brian, the property manager always available and quick to respond. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

This house is amazing. We just got back from spending the month of October in Key West and this house was the highlight. The separate guest house was perfect for hosting family/friends and we ended up in the pool every night, watching football or baseball games (might be the highlight of my son's life...lol). This house is so close to the action of Duval, yet you hear nothing at night. It's also walkable to all the beaches...really just the perfect location. The beds are comfy and the house is super-charged on technology (sonos,alexia). When we did have questions, Brian (property manager) was quick to reply and resolve. DO NOT HESISTATE booking this house...I am so glad we did!

Waterfall Pool is a small oasis in a peaceful location. Surprisingly very quiet. All amenities were high end from the Nieman Marcus LMH embroidered towels, appliances, Primo charcoal grill, to the Vitamix daiquiri blender....nothing was missed. The only thing "we" missed is we should have taken two months. Moon Dog Cafe next door was a convenient nightly bonus! Brian the property manager instantly responded to any questions, he was a pleasure to work with..for us the LMH is KW.Hope & plan to stay again!Cheers to the LMH!

This house is amazing!! Smart house with all the bells and whistles. Just perfect.
Where to start...
This house is amazing on every level.
Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Stocked like a William Sonoma store!!!
Heated pool is heaven. We had a few cool Dec days (65 degrees) and used pool every day. Outdoor shower is large and great experience.
The poolside cottage is so cute and private.
Smart TVs in all rooms and on back of the house for viewing from the back patio and pool. Very luxurious to watch the Titans - Packers play on a snow covered field while we lounged in our 90 degree pool with a beverage.
House is beside one of the best restaurants on island. Moondog Cafe smells would greet us everyday. We recommend the shrimp bacon pizza or the blackened Mahi tacos to go so you can enjoy them poolside (or in the pool - 😁).
This is basically a new house with new high-end appliances in kitchen and laundry.
Close to everything. Easy walk to Duval and many spots you will explore.
Book this place if you can.
