The female front desk at check-in person l,for evening 11/15, was calm, helpful, and kind.

I called and paid for our stay weeks ahead of the date. We even called to make sure you had our reservation. You said you did! When we arrived for our stay, we were told you already rented our room! I will never arrange to stay at a Marriott hotel again. To get to a hotel we paid for, and to be told we had no room, it is inexcusable!

The exercise room, and the room was nice and relaxing. The general manager was nice and accommodating to my needs. The continental breakfast was hot and the area was clean.

Breakfast was good, clean and check in was easy. Modern feel and layout was good. The staff was helpful and courteous. I liked the snack area. This requirement of how many words the review needs to be is very annoying!
The pool area had no hot tub and the room was small and very loud because the sound bounces off the walls. No towels were available either at the pool. The room was modern but not functional. The bed was too hard.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the place.
The bed was very hard. Scary signs all over about locking your vehicle and the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. Made me wonder about the neighborhood.

The front desk staff was on their personal phones constantly. They did not answer the phone when I tried calling for a shuttle. I called 6 times from the airport. When I finally arrived there were 2 people at the front desk on their personal phones.

Conveniently located to airport. Shuttle was was quick. Our room was clean and quiet. Would stay again when flyi mg out of Grand Rapids.
A restaurant or bar area would be nice.

Convenient, clean, plenty of space in the room,. Breakfast was good and warm. Plenty of options. Outside sitting area was nice.
Called ahead to inform them I wouldn’t be in u til early morning and they still cancelled my reservation and charged me the cancellation fees. Told it would be taken care of. They charged me for my stay but no refunds yet.
Pool was freezing and very slick.

The young girl at counter was more concerned about texting and talking to her friends outside. I had to wait for her twice to get inside for help

The location was perfect if you’re traveling by air. The hotel is located ~5 minutes away. The property was very clean.
I would’ve given a full 10, if the room was serviced everyday while we were there.
