Wonderful friendly staff. Great location. Very clean. Great breakfast (it is extra unless you get the bed and breakfast package). Comfortable room. All around excellent stay!

The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. Called to ask questions about food and the man who answered put me on hold quickly, and then got back on and listed everything on the breakfast buffet. I was trying to plan accordingly since traveling with two little kids. The beds were cozy and room was very quiet. Everyone working actually seemed on the clock and happy to be working, not just there. Saying hello, cleaning up, friendly explanation of it all. Upon checkout, the lady even offered my kids a treat from the store, came and took our luggage rack from our car. It's little stuff but makes the stay actually feel like a guest and being serviced. The breakfast food was VERY good and had a lot of variety for the breakfast included in your stay. Such a nice perk and a reason to stay at the Hilton Garden Inns. Pool was perfect temperature, clean and pretty with all the color changing lights, windows and indoor/outdoor hot tub.

Please add smart TVs! I was shocked to see no ability to log into a streaming account, most hotels I've stayed at in the last few years, always have this. Satellite TV and all the commercials is the worst, especially traveling with kids AND OR just looking to have an evening in and relax if out and about all day. There were a few stains on the carpet that were left by someone before us and didn't look like it was attempted to be cleaned in time by guest or the housekeeping service missed it somehow/? There was hardened stuck chocolate and a big red spill stain.

Everything was great. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal and very nice, clean, in good repair and very relaxing with the salt water. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also decent. Nothing spectacular, but very satisfying and fresh.

I had trouble paying with a travel gift card and was unable to resolve the payment problem during my stay. I've made several phone calls and was told I had to call back on Monday when the general manager is there because between the travel card company and the front desk ladies, nobody can figure out why my card was declined so I had to pay with my debit card which was a cost I was not prepared for and the whole point of the stay was because I had this travel gift card to use from my husband's company, so that is extremely frustrating.

Hot tub and pool. Didn't spend much time in the room, the floors and toilet were disgusting!

Floors and toilet had pubes and hairs all over it. There was a hair stuck to the MOUTH WASH on a " freshly clean counter " . I have pictures of absolute filth in the bathroom, hairs everywhere which were NOT ours. Gross. I did my own cleaning before unloading our items into bathroom it was that bad. The amount of dirts and dust in the bathroom on floors was absolutely ridiculous! Pictures are all from our room. Kids obviously didn't care about the nasty hairs and dirt left behind from prior renters , but I was expecting a clean stay.

It took several times to get the housekeeping staff to clean some food from our floor that was left by previous guests. Yuck! Finally the manager took care of it, saying that he would see to it even he had to do it himself! Ha!
