Close to airport Wonderfull, clean rooms. Great breakfast with lots of choices, and a wonderfull welcome and help by staff A late meal at the bar, staff so friendly

Well again rules are very small had a silly smell that wasn't very pleasant and I was just very dingy compared to our Ivanhoe location here in Orlando Florida quite disappointing but way too much money on the room would like kind of a kick back that would be nice instead of my brother passing away and me being up to go up there and enjoy time with family I had to maintenance meet with painkillers hotel room and expenses and body that is not sure concerned or whatever I'm writing this to but would be nice to be recognized and maybe at Cox stay for a couple nights here in Orlando would be nice

The beds weren't comfortable

It was clean and not far off the highway.

Was supposed to be a queen room with 2 queen beds, and it was a room with 2 double beds. I checked the sheets to verify size. Hope I didn't get charged more than I should have. The lady told me the rooms are the same price. The restaurant must've been having an off night, I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my children, and they burnt it not once, but twice. Needless to say, we did not get the pizza.

Room size was good. Bed was comfortable.

The building is run down. The room could've used some fixing up; e.g., peeling wallpaper, water damage. The air conditioner did not work well; the room never got cool enough to be comfortable. The retaurant was hot and the food was not very good. Both the hotel and the restauarnat were certainly not worth the price. Very disappointing for being a Double Tree. I will never stay there again.
