quiet place, nice view from the window, access to public transport, friendly service
I could only ask that during summer and hot days, an additional fan be placed in the room

The location for me was excellent as it was very close to the Town Centre and Railway Station plus the fact there was a local Co-Op Shop just opposite for those 'midnight' cravings :-).
I also liked the choice and variety of breakfast items - you have to pre order but didn't bother me as I always have the same but I know not for a lot of people.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly. Even though I arrived earlier than anticipated, my room was made available for me. Great value for money.
There wasn't too much to dislike about Grove House Guest House. The only thing is that there was some mould in the bathroom.

Breakfast good but only had cereal and toast , yoghurt , and black coffee not a fry up person but a good choice on breakfast menu. All in all good clean quiet comfortable room and for the price on half term week a bargain . And parking at the front of the property

The full English breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for our purpose. We have stayed here previously and found the Guest House to be very good in all aspects.

Property was warm and very clean. Parking available. Breakfast was great and host lovely. Coop across the road if you needed anything. Nice pub for good food (Hare & Hounds) only 1 mile walk away.

Clean comfortable well decorated spacious bedroom. Nice hosts. Excellent breakfast. Drove into Telford to Town Park which was amazing.
Local area was a bit drab. Pub, the Albion, we walked to didn't serve food on Mondays Tuesdays. Looked a bit of a lads pub! Very helpful landlord though recommended the Priorslee
Drove to the Priorslee pub food passable. Wouldn't go back.

Comfortable place to stay. Very good breakfast and the owner was very flexible. We were attending a funeral and Lesley allowed us to get access to our room 3hours before check in so we could change.
If we were to be picky. It was a very warm evening and a fan I the room would have been good. The pillows wee ta little soft.

The breakfast was excellent, all freshly cooked and plenty of everything.
