The hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. The restaurant for dinner served very good food. We left for the airport very early, before breakfast, but we were provided with a breakfast pack. The airport shuttle was a huge bonus and very reliable.

Coming back from France, I appreciated the air conditioning lol. The staff was extremely helpful and amicable, 10/10 on customer service alone.

There were no kitchenware in the room and i thought that was included, but frankly, I was too tired to whip up anything anyways so no harm no foul. Breakfast was a bit more chaotic than I expected.

Was ona very short layover in NY and this hotel was close to the airport, easy to get to and nice. It was clean, quiet and the staff were great. The shuttle to/from the airport was awesome and easy, even with late landing & early departures.

Staff were amazing especially Kevin Williams, he was very helpful. He even encouraged to register and become a member of Marriot and I did immediately.

The hotel is located within 7 minutes of JFK and provides a frequent shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are designed to have all you need for a short or even longer stay. There is a fitness area and even a laundry room which is great. The newer hotel just across the drop off area has a great bar and restaurant. What we loved the most were the staff members, The hostess at the restaurant was amazing and the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in a better room since we initially only had one bed for 3 people (our little son needed one of his own)

Staff were helpful and welcoming, and check-in was fast which was great after a long flight delay

The airport shuttle was a bit tricky to find when we arrived

Close to Airport, as a result did not worry about traffic. It was a comfortable room for a stopover.

There can be better way to contact Hotel for shuttle. Every international traveller has data and Whatsapp call should be made available to us to contact Hotel. I had to approach a complete stranger to use his mobile to call Hotel. Other than that slight hiccup, shuttle pick up arrived promptly at pick up location. The other thing i hope can be improved is the limited food options, which was indicated by Residence Inn perhaps, there could be a kitchen serving some food options especially for overnight stays.

The room and the bed

I missed the breakfast in the Marriott residence because I understood that it would be opened until 10,30 at the Marriott hotel just in front included in my rate. But we had to pay a miserable breakfast in cash because they didn’t accept credit card. This is unacceptable for a Marriott Hotel in NY.

After a few issues getting the shuttle from JFK airport staff were kind and accommodating

Shuttle bus drove past me leaving me quite late at night on my own in the rain!!

I like the location it's near jfk where you can rest right away from a long flight. The breakfast was good although coffee was not hot just warm. The front desk staff was nice and courteous. Thank you for putting me next to the elevator.Thanks for treating us seniors.

Breakfast was great, Althea made avocado toast on gluten free especially to accommodate my dietary requirements.

The breakfast had good and tasty. Staff were also attentive in the restaurant area and the front desk staff. The location to the airport was ideal and the shuttle service was brill. Good to have a kitchen area in the room. Happy to not have rooms turned over everyday.

Breakfast though good limited options for vegetarians or vegans. Shuttle service was regular however the driving could be less aggressive. It was a bit pricey for an airport hotel.

Overall a great hotel at an convenient location to stay for international travel. We had lot of luggage and they also had secure storage to not haul all bags to the room. The shuttle service to airport is best (24x7 every 30 mins) and saved us lot of hassle (as there was a snow storm on the day of our departure. The hot breakfast had good options and was well stocked.

The room we were in, had a non functional door stopper that would prevent it from slamming close. It was a hassle to hold the door open to get some luggage off the trolley into the room.

It's difficult to give a full and proper review of this property as we didn't arrive until late, then didn't use any of the facilities. We left too early to have breakfast, but I did have a take away coffee and used the shuttle bus, which was brilliant.

Friendly and welcoming staff from checkin to shuttle service. Spacious and very clean room and bathroom. Room has a fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker/pods. Very comfy bed. Quiet room. Allows late check-out to 2pm. Small market in lobby. Lobby with penty of lounge chair to wait. Free shuttle service to airport.

No restaurant in the hotel, but the Marriott across has one, and also they allow food delivery to the hotel lobby.
