Stephanee (receptionist) was nice & did the best that she could. Manager should of come in to deal with the 30+ people waiting for a room. Overall service was incredible poor & different to all other Hilton resorts i have stayed in.
Overbooked accommodation. I called earlier in the day to advise i would be arriving at midnight instead of 3 pm, was advised this was fine. I arrived at midnight to be told my room had been given to someone else. I finally got access to my room at 4:30 am. By far the worst experience i have had with a Hilton Hotel, incredibly disappointing to finish a trip like that.

Close to the airport
Even bottled waters are not free. For $350/night you’d think the waters are at least free lol. This is why hotels in Asia are much better.

The customer service was excellent, the gym was good, they had parking, the room was quiet for the most part, close to restaurants and the mall, and the hotel was right next to the airport.
The room was fine overall, just my personal choice I'd prefer a less stuffy room and the pillows I didn't particularly care for, but that's just me.

The parking was not good. You were crammed into little tiny spaces, and you were charged $40 for that little space which was way too much money. The cost of the room was overvalued.

Location is near airport but very industrial and noise comes in through the windows. Rooms were clean but dated and there was quite a lot of dust behind the a/c vents

Being charged for breakfast twice for the same breakfast.. Renovations and smell of urine on first floor due to renovations near restrooms. No amenities I was on 2nd floor and it was noisy and the morning I left I couldn't relax with the noise. Checkout was 12noon. House keeping was knocking at the door at 10.30 AM to clear me out .I told her I wasn't ready. I was set to travel internationally and needed to get ready at my own pace. left the room at 11:45AM.

Proximity to airport. They should me tin its in an industrial area. Truly a hotel to spend the night coming in from a late flight or leaving early.
Didn't answer my question in this app. Advertise shuttle, but none was available. Construction in lobby. Front desk could have used another person. Checkin line was about 10 people and no space as lobby is under construction.

The rooms were comfortable
Arrived during advertised shuttle hours and told the shuttles wasn’t running and 4 in the afternoon. Noted it was running an hour later. Only one person on the desk, was in line for checkin for more then half an hour after traveling nearly 24 hours. Water damage in the lobby, ceiling was literally falling down. Room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels.

Check-in was super easy and the receptionist was so nice. The location was very close to the airport, so if you have an early flight it's ideal.
All of the hidden charges. I thought this room would cost me $200 max for 1 night but it cost me nearly $250 due to hidden fees. Yes, it's pet-friendly, but there's a fee. Yes, there's included breakfast, but it's also not free, because there's a hidden $17 fee. Tax fees, all sorts of fees, made this trip a lot more expensive than I'd thought. I wish they would be CLEAR about all of the hidden fees.

Leaving the place
Our room had no power in the room . They turn the power on 8:30am then while I was in the shower I slip because they shut off the power . WiFi did not work , bush shuttle to and from the hotel was out of service . Staff at the front were rude and racist . They did not care that I had to shut the power off
