We are heading up now to stay the night not last night

Our stay here was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfy. The google maps took us to the apartment complex behind the home. Only a couple of things need a little improvement. The windows outside need cleaning, a couple of places in the wood floors need fixing, the driveway could have been swept, extra towels left in the dryer. we also noticed that the window to the right of the front door was etched/scratched looks by other guests. Shame on people!!!

There‘s more bowls in the listing photographs than there are in the unit. We had 6 of us and we had to run the dishwasher after breakfast to have enough bowls/spoons/etc for dinner. We ate lunch at the ski resorts otherwise we would have had to do the dishes after lunch as well.
The heat/air seemed to be connected with the unit below us. We would turn the heat off and it would continue to run. We had to run the A/C to stay comfortable. After the air would turn off, the heat would automatically turn on and run, even though we had the thermostat either OFF or on Cool only.

Beautiful Property! Had some issues with Heater and Landlord was quick to repair, responded immediately, and made sure that we were comfortable after heater repaired.

I had reserved and paid for this place a couple weeks back without issues. I got the email from Vrbo a week later saying here are your keys and included all the information on the property. The night of our stay I had trouble getting a hold of the property host as the access to the property was not coming up on my phone. After over an hour of being on hold with vrbo and no response from the host, the host finally called me and apologized saying that the property had been double booked. It was 9pm and I was still on the phone with vrbo. Vrbo ended up refunding me but told me I was to find my own accommodations for the night and would not be reimbursed for those accommodations. Keep in mind, finding a place at 9pm on the night of your stay with 8 guests is near impossible. Terrible experience.

Communication with Brandon was poor
I never mind a few things here and there that get over looked or missed but the place had moldy food in the fridge and lots of food so we didn’t have much space, the washer was broken after going to the laundry mat we found out the dryer was broken as well, the bathtub didn’t drain, I messaged and called Brandon and still have not heard back from him. ( over 26 hours later)

Decent enough
Sort of wild they charge 150 for a cleaning fee- the silverware in drawer was used and put back. And there were dirty pans in the oven. But all in all the place was beautiful- decent way to spend my birthday.

Winter Vaca
Nice overall. Would be better if the bunk beds were single beds with normal mattress, as an adult sleeping in one of kids beds , was not very comfy.

Really nice, clean updated apt.
The place is decorated really cute. The outside surrounding and yard not so good. The yard looked like it hadn’t been moved in moths snd the houses around the property are really rubbed down. We were a little scared at first but everything was ok. Would suggest buying some new mattresses for the 2 queen beds. One was lumpy down the middle and the other one was really hard. Other than that it was very clean and decorated really cute. Just need to work on the yard.

Great space for a great price
I was looking for something nice but affordable and this place was great! Newly remodeled, high end features, and very spacious. Brandon was easy to communicated and was very accommodating. We loved it!

Great home, great owner, annoyed neighbors.
Myself and 8 friends stayed at this hone and it was beautiful. The owner was so great to work with. He bent over backwards to ensure that we had an awesome stay. We were a large party of girls so I won’t even pretend that we were SUPER quiet but we did try to be considerate of the home we were staying above. There were multiple times that the neighbors would bang on the ceiling (our floor) if we giggled too loud, or when we had our heels on. I do want to point out that both of these happened before 7:30 pm. It wasn’t a huge deal but we did worry that we would be making too much noise all weekend. I understand how annoying it might be to live under a VRBO property but keep that in mind before booking the property!
