The room is spacious. This is pretty much all it has going for it.

The room was dirty (and not ready on arrival, though I arrived within check-in window). The pillows were lumpy and thin. No towel was provided and when I asked, I was wordlessly thrust a bath mat. I was told on arrival that the television was not working; if this problem was known in advance a refund should have been arranged. The walls are paper thin. The area feels unsafe.

Good size for the price. The location is not bad

Bed was bit old. Always Make sound when I move. Also need better lighting it was too dark.

What you see in the pictures is not what you get. Actually, it's an old lady renting out two rooms in her private home. The rooms are really run down and shaby, somewhat smelly. The pictures of the place are misleading. Worst of all, the matresses are in such a bad condition that it's absolutely incomfortable to sleep there (other people have also referred to that in their reviews); as well as the fact that you share someone's private space without feeling welcome. Also, due to what I've experienced I've gained a strong impression that the owner is not very trustworthy. The only reason I did not leave earlier is because I knew I wouldn't get my money back. A scaffold instead of the garden view mentioned in the description, with workers standing right outside the window next to your bed, hammering and drilling about noisily from early morning on. This might be temporarily going on only for some weeks or rather months - but there was no indication as to that when booking the room, nor a discount. I really think this place shouldn't even be allowed to be listed on Booking and will file a formal complaint.

it was very basic and dated. Also, no additional toilet rolls in the bathroom just in case.

Location was fine. They could have made more of the availability of car parking. This was a good value package - clean room, clean shared bathroom, no frills.

I struggled to open the window in the bedroom.

First of she went to my room , when i was out, without my permission. And secondly my friend just came to pick me up and its was very cold out thats why i ask her that i’ll get ready in while so that my friend can take me out. She was bieng rude and miss behaving to my guest.But most scariest was when she open the room without my permission i was not feeling safe anymore.. and thats why i paid for two day and i left on the first day.. plus wifi in room is very slow, and it was freezing cold and she will only turn the heater on in morning and evening only may be 20 min thats it. Even if u r freezing she wont turn it on at any cost.. and last thing that her checkin time is 5 o’clock ..
