A big room with big new TV and comfortable decoration

We came to hotel a little earlier and planned to check in at noon, however all rooms were full, we had to wait

modern amenities, breakfast was always delicious, swimming pool well kept, free laundry room, full bar, outdoor grill, basketball half court, pet friendly!

Staff very friendly and clean

it was very clean except the room could have been swept better and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The hotel itself was very clean.

I didn’t have any major issues, just the room should have been cleaned better.

The size of the room was wonderful for a family. We liked the bathroom sink being separate from the shower. It was nice to have a small kitchen as well. Loved the basketball court, fun way to spend an evening with kids.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. One bed had lent and hair in it, the toilet was not clean, and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. I had to ask twice for it to be cleaned, and they still didn't vacuum. Also gum was on the floor in the bathroom from before we got there.

I liked the decor and design of the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was OK.

I never received maid service the first day. Was not sure if I was supposed to? Also the hinge on the toilet seat was broken, and the alarm clock was 13 minutes fast with no way for me to reset it.
