Our stay at Springhill Suites was wonderful. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made is feel right at home. The pool/spa area was very clean, nice towels, amazing hot tub and was very family friendly. We liked that the pool was indoors because of the stormy weather outside. The rooms were large and well appointed. Our grandson slept on the sofa sleeper and he said it was very comfortable. Our king size bed was perfect. Plenty of electrical outlets for cell phone chargers and laptops. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was easy to get in and out of safely, with plenty of nice hot water for all 3 of us to shower. Having a tv in the living room and the separate king bedroom made it so much easier for all of us to watch the programs we wanted to. The addition of comfy chairs in both rooms was nice for extra seating. We will stay here again.
The bed was perfectly comfortable but a little bit too tall for me. I have a physical disability and had to have help getting up onto the bed. But other than that, there wasnt anything I didnt like.

The breakfast was good. The man that was there for us to check in in the evening of Feb 7 and when we checked out on Feb 9th was excellent!! We told him we visited the Texas Rangers Museum and he said we should go to the DR. Pepper Museum. We did not get there but will try again later. Please give him a raise in pay!!!!!!!! Joe S Crookham

I enjoys the cleanliness of the room. The freshness of everything the Hotel. It just looked and smelled clean. I also enjoy that I could charge a bar tab to my room. I look forward to partaking in the free breakfast next time.

Shower was amazing, bed was comfortable enough, AC was cold, good access and location.
Pillows were flat, cleanliness was not up to expectations, and the price was a bit high.

I’ll start out by saying I didn’t verify my confirmation email after I reserved the room. If I would, I would have seen the error. Either way I was already within the cancellation period so I probably wouldn’t have been able to get it fixed without paying a fee.
So I went to reserve a room and had a problem causing the app to freeze. I logged out of booking.com and logged back on. It had saved my spot all but the date I requested. I changed the date and confirmed the booking ( even showing my wife the dates I selected). When we arrived for the reservation they informed me the reservation was for the previous day, and that my card was charged for the missed reservation. I asked what could be done to get reimbursed for the error ( since it wasn’t an error on my part) to which I was informed nothing could be done. I started to walk out, and the lady at the counter said, “well if you stay with us tonight we can reimburse you for the the first charge.”
She should have started with that...
I also asked if it would be for the price of the first reservation, but of course it wasn’t, it was for 30% more!
So I booked the room. I had to ask twice for it to be reimbursed, and they first reimbursed the second reservation, not the first, then saw their error and recharged the second billing then reimbursed the first. Lots of confusion, and I ended up having to pay full price for a room I originally reserved at a discount.
Staff wasn’t rude, but she obviously wasn’t trying to help. It wasn’t until I started walking out that she informed me there WAS a way I could get reimbursed, and of course my second reservation wasn’t going to be for the original reservation price so they swindled me out of the full price.
All this was due to a issue with booking.com, a staff member not wanting to do anything other than the bare minimum, and my failure to check confirmation email (because it was right when I confirmed online)...
All I can say is trust but verify.
