Excellent pastries, excellent coffee. The couple owning the Swiss Bakery is really nice and helpful. Our room was perfect, well heated and the bathroom small but very nice. The owner sent us to a ski renting shop " Olive" very near, with great material and great service!

Almost nothing Our bed was quite hard but some people may like it like that.

The apartment was new, clean, and had everything that you could ask for when wanting to stay in a self-contained unit. The heating solution was amazingly effective, and the apartment never felt cold, despite the nights getting to below -5 degress. The kitchen offered all the necessities you could need, with an abundance of cooking utensils, pots/pans and dishes for a family to look after themselves.

I can't think of anything that made my family think "that's a shame, I wish it has " and instead we often found ourselves repeating "oh wow! they have one of these !" Of the total experience there, perhaps adding a sign, or numbering to the apartment door, as there was at least one occasion where the neighbour mistook the rooms and tried to access ours, but that was only a minor note.

The warm friendly welcome. The attentiveness and efforts to make our holiday the best it could be. Right down to going the extra mile and making cinnamon rolls on Christmas Day especially for us because it is a family tradition we have. Really lovely people and wonderful having the bakery downstairs. It was all really easy with our young children. The living space is really charming with the feel of a wooden chalet. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

There is only one thing I would change and that is the automatic lights in the hallway and bathroom that came on if anyone moved at any time - not ideal if you have young kids trying to get to sleep in the evenings Or who are up in the night. Which we do! But this is was the only thing we would change. Everything else was wonderful. We really recommend staying here. We had a really special Christmas holiday here.

Relax comfortable room with beautiful views of the mountains. 30seconds walk to the hot spring(nakao_no_yu). And owner's lovely family!

Perfect location, beautiful sites and wonderful people.

It was perfect for us.

The place is amazing.. The host and his family helps you with everything and make you feel at home!. Great place to relax in nearby Onsens, and of course for skiing. Ski lift about 200m away, you can go walking. The apartment fits very well for a family with 2 kids. Have reasonable space and and wonderful view of the montains. The kitchen also helps a lot for small kids. Also the bakery and pizza in the first floor are fantastic!

Everything was perfect. You need to walk a bit to reach the slopes, 10 minutes roughly. But definitely not an issue and the place is super great !

The apartment was as described. It was comfortable. The essentials for cooking were provided. Gabriel very kindly offered to pick us up from the bus station and then he took us to the ski rental shop. He was always there for questions. The bakery under the apartments is really nice and you can have drinks, cakes or a pizza when you come back from skiing.
