Loved the neighborhood. Beautiful walking paths, landscaped meticulously. Short walk to the beaches and club. Away from the hustle of Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommend

Our entire family, all 12 of us, had a great time. We used all six bedrooms and to have the bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. The pool area was beautiful although the temperature of the pool was really warm but it’s to be expected this time of year. We loved how secure the area was with two gates we had to drive through. The other thing we were impressed by was how well “stocked” the house was in the kitchen, pool towels, laundry supplies, etc. Thanks so much!!

This beautiful home was in the perfect location with easy beach access, close to restaurants, gated community, 2 minutes from golf. Ocean views and lovely luxury home with pool. Fantastic. House has everything you would need. The property manager and checkin host were both very responsive and helpful. Arranged our private chef and multiple activities. I can't say enough great things about Casa Los Amigos and can't wait to be back!

Our family of nine adults and three children had an amazing time at Casa Los Amigos! The property set up perfectly for our family reunion. There are ample gathering areas for both large and small groups. The pool area was a major focus for us and it did not disappoint. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for meal preparation and serving. The property is very clean and well cared for. The gardens, lawn and views are beautiful. Cabo Property Management personnel were very courteous and responsive. Thanks to Kristen, Victor and Juan Carlos for their professional assistance! We took advantage of services offered by Prickly Pear (grocery delivery) and Gloria (along with Antonio) who prepared welcome service and three spectacular meals which were among the highlights for us. We also took advantage of guest membership at the local beach club and enjoyed two delicious dinners there with a picture perfect view of the Sea of Cortez. (We drove to the club as the walk can be challenging in the heat) Casa Los Amigos quickly became home and we will be back!

Perfect spot for 9 girls to reunite and have fun (while turning 50!). It's a bit remote from town and mexican culture, so keep that in mind. It's relaxing, clean and well stocked. We ordered our groceries in, hired a driver to take us a few places, and even had a chef come in for two meals. Eat at the beach club. Yummy!

8 friends reunited in Cabo for an incredible weekend of fun and relaxation. This house was absolutely perfect for us! There were 3 couples and two singles, and the bedroom arrangements were perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private quarters. We all felt very together but had the ability to have our own space whenever needed. The pool deck was a lovely space for us to enjoy sunny afternoons together, grill for the large group, and enjoy massages poolside. There were a few times the hot tub wouldn't work properly but maintenance often came by to clean and rectify any issues with the tub/pool. Our ONLY complaint, which we were told would not be an issue for others in the future, is that there were two cats that stayed outside of the house and wouldn't go away. Sounds cute, but 3/8 of us had severe cat allergies and if you know a cat allergy, this was troublesome. They sat on fabric chairs and our beach towels which made those unusable for the three of us and we came home one day to cat droppings EVERYWHERE. We were able to contact maintenance to come take care of that issue quickly but it was still a nuisance. The property sits on an incredible community surrounded by homes equally as beautiful, and is minutes down the road from the Ritz. A rental car is 10000% recommended due to it being off the beaten path of a very residential area, cabs do not pass through this area. The house is also walkable to the beach but does not sit on the beach. It was close by and the perfect excuse to enjoy a walk. We came to Cabo for a wedding with all the festivities near or in Fundadores. The house was terrific! Loved how the bedrooms were separated to give privacy. A terrific kitchen that was incredibly well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar, and supplies which was great because we cooked several dinners and we all ate breakfast and some lunches in the house. There were some plumbing issues, but management was attentive and tried to solve all the problems promptly. We definitely would come back to this house again!

What a stunning property perfect for large families. Every amenity you could ask for is included and the house is beautiful quality. The property manager, Victor, was a wonderful resource to have and was always available for any request. This was our first time staying in this part of Cabo, and we loved it. The added benefit of the clubhouse access was fantastic as well. The restaurant and service was great and the massages were excellent.

We had an amazing family stay at this property, total of 12 of us from 3 to 66 . Such a beautiful place and extremely functional for a family vacation. Some wonderful memories experienced by everyone!!! Truly could not find a better set up for a group vacation- we would highly recommend this property to all!!!

Property was beautiful, many areas for friends to enjoy. The hosts, Kristin and Victor were so responsive to our needs. The house is stocked with so much but we ordered from Prickly Pear also. Everything we ordered was perfect and fresh. Lots of games, ping pong, foosball, cornhole, and board games. We went whale watching which was amazing, ATV was fun but challenging, rented a yacht and saw a beautiful sunset, and went shopping. We had amazing meals at Flores Farms and Acre. Also had a chef two nights. Gloria, down home cooking and Jovial upscale AMAZING Definitely would highly recommend this property

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it never disappoints!! One of the few houses that has a beautiful pool with a spectacular view. Plenty of space for family and friends. Wonderful courtyard with ping pong and fire pit. House has everything you need and everything works!!!!

Family of 5 adult couples celebrating a 40th birthday. The house and amenities were even better than described in the description. Loved the house, pool and amazing view of ocean. Loved the short walk to the beach club which had wonderful service, food and pool, beach access. Loved having a welcome greeting service and dinner provided by Gloria and then another dinner at the house by Jobeal. Victor was amazing getting us set up in the house and can not thank Kristin enough for all the recommendations for chartering a boat one afternoon, transportation too and from the house to downtown Cabo for our boat cruise and a late night dinner to Acre. Kristin was truly the best of the best with ensuring we knew tons of options for activities and answered all questions before our stay. If/when we return to Cabo we’d love to stay here again.

We had a great stay. The house layout was really nice for a group of 10 adults (18-82), lots of space to hang out together and plenty of privacy too. The property managers were very responsive, helpful and kind. We had a pesky issue with the hot tub, they arranged for repair quickly, it just didn't get fixed the first two tries, but they kept on it. The views from the house are beautiful and the pool and swim up bar are fun. The beach club is nice too, we went most days, just be aware that it's a 10 minute walk (about a half mile) to get there - downhill there and uphill home. We had three 80+ year olds in our group, so they chose to drive down sometimes and there is parking available. One of the pictures in the house overview must be taken from the beach club property (not the house), it gives the impression that the house is closer to than the beach than it is. We walked along the beach daily, but it is not really swimmable. There were red flag warnings every day because of the break and the undertow, as opposed to a one-off weather event, so just another thing to be aware of, especially if you want a guarantee of a reliable swimming beach in walking distance. We enjoyed going into San Jose del Cabo as well. You really need a car, the neighborhood is residential, nothing in walking distance other than the beach club restaurant and the golf course.

The house is beautiful! There was 5 of us, each having our own bed with an eusuite. Heated pool and heated hot tub. Roof top view was amazing in the morning sunrise with a firepit. Plenty of space to gather inside and outside. There is a 6th bedroom downstairs near laundry and enclosed parking. We didn't need this bedroom, but it had a bed, nice bath and closet organizer...no outside windows. Don't let the 6th bedroom be a deal breaker. San Lucas is 48 minutes from this location, similar to highway driving. This is definitely a return trip for us.

This was our first time staying in Puerto Los Cabos. We loved the house! Every room was beautifully done with comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. We enjoyed the house and the beach club. Only downside to the house pool/patio area was mosquitos. Lots of mosquitos. This home is perfect for a group of couples or big family.

We had an amazing time and the property was very spacious and comfortable. Kristen and Victor were amazing as well, very helpful from the start of the booking to the check out process! I would recommend this property for family stays! Oh and the pictures did not do the property justice, it was beautiful!!

Our group loved this house! Very spacious, great kitchen, plenty of room for our clan of 15. The Beach club was awesome- just a quick 10 min walk down there. Highly recommend!

Our recent birthday celebration trip was a gathering of three families - 11 people including teens. Everyone had their own beautiful private space as well as plenty of room to gather for meals, swimming, and evening fun. The house is filled with high-end materials and art but also very comfortable for a relaxing good time. Victor set us up upon arrival and the staff at the beach club are amazing. The kindness and hospitality are wonderful. There are so many areas to socialize and relax that you won't be able to do it all! What a gorgeous place to spend a week with family and friends. We were a family of 10 that needed a house to accommodate all of us for our daughter’s wedding. This house had everything we needed for a great and comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, room to spread around so everyone had some privacy. We wanted 6 bedrooms, though we only needed 5. Beware that the 6th bedroom is in the basement with no windows, past the laundry area, so not ideal for a guest. Our check in was easy and the property manager was readily accessible during our stay. We couldn’t get the hot tub to work, but we were all too busy to care. The kitchen was really well stocked with supplies.

We had the best experience at Casa Los Amigos - from the house and features, to the location and using the beach club, to the support of the staff - this was a perfect vacation spot for us. Highly recommend!

The villa is exactly as pictured with beautiful pool and garden, so many areas for great photos. We loved the location, it felt safe, secure, and it was quaint- no noise or ppl around us and it was perfect for a private relaxing time for just with our extended family. Kristen was absolutely amazing- she worked with our family through all our last minute changes, secure our ATV and yacht excursions (with shopping and The Office dinner) and all logistics perfectly! The covid testing at home was easy and convenient. You will not want to leave this villa once you are here. Overall, we had a fabulous time relaxing and enjoying Cabo- the villa and Kristen made this trip very special for our family. We stayed at Casa Los Amigos (Buzzards) for 3 nights while in the area for a family wedding. The house is spacious, with beautifully appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and multiple indoor/outdoor common areas to enjoy. The kitchen is well-stocked with every item you might need during your stay. The pool and hot tub area are surrounded by bright, beautiful bushes and lovely landscaping. We had a terrific stay and were sad to leave -- we would return in a minute!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. You could quickly get to the town of San Jose as well as to Flora Farm area, was so great to be able to walk the community in the mornings and down to the clubhouse restaurant for a bite and coffees. The house was very clean and we loved there was lots of different areas to hang out. We had lots of fun with the ping pong and foosball table. We did a welcome drink package so we had margaritas and quesadillas with salsa and guacamole when we arrived and it was delicious, Victor and the cooks were so so nice, I would highly recommend that if you’ve had a long day of travel! I was a little confused with the check in process but I think that was on my end, after just wrapping up our wedding celebrations I was a bit discombobulated… We would definitely stay here again!!

First off The villa is not called Buzzards. It's called Los Amigos! Buzzards happens to be restaurant a short But expensive taxi ride away. The villa itself is an ideal spot for large families (there were 14 of us) Plenty of things to do without ever leaving the property. The Beach Club is only a short walk and is available to renters of the villa. Victor who greeted us was absolutely amazing. From the guided tour of the place to even a drive down to the Beach Club. He explained everything in a very clear and concise manner and was also available and very friendly and cordial. He dealt with small issues immediately and with a great attitude. The layout of the villa really couldn't be better for large families with children OR even 5 couples wanting to travel together. A rental car is a must even to get to the very local and beautiful Puerto Los Cobos golf course. Go for it! Enjoy it! R. L.

My wife and I invited our children, their spouses and our eight grandchildren to stay with us at Casa Los Amigos. The house was perfect, with six bedrooms, a great living area and a beautiful pool. Everything in the house worked perfectly and the property agents were great. The people in Los Cabos, particularly in San Jose de los Cabos, were genuinely warm and friendly. I would recommend Cabo, Casa Los Amigos and VRBO without reservation.

The house was beautiful and in such a great neighborhood with beach club. There are so many private spots to escape to and plenty of areas for gathering. Each room was lovely and private. We had a few issues with plumbing and cold water, but our house manager Victor was always responsive to our needs.

Kristin arranged everything perfectly for us! Food delivery, personnel chef for a birthday party, excursions, and at home Covid testing. Victor was always around when we had questions about things at the house. The house was perfectly laid out for our family of 12. Lots of space. Very comfortable beds and furniture! Location is the best. Beautiful views. The club is awesome. Great restaurant!

This was one of those times when the pictures did not do that place justice. It is even better than it looks! We had the best time. It was nice to have so many spaces in the house to hang out in whatever size group felt like gathering. Victor met us at check in and took great care of us all week. Things went so smooth! We all enjoyed our stay, felt safe and taken care of us, and can't wait to come back!
