Our family had to gather to say good bye to the matriarch of our family. We needed a place for 12 to stay immediately following Hurricane Ian. I am pleased to share that while some properties were still in a state of disarray, Aqua Pina was clean, well stocked and completely ready for visitors. Our host went above and beyond to insure we were well taken care of, goodness knows I bothered her enough. Both Aqua Pina and Trina Vo were exceptional!! I wish I could leave a rating greater than 5, it is well deserved.

Clean and Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family of 6. We enjoyed having access to a private pool. Owner was easily accessible and even provided a list of things to do during our 4th of July vacation. We will definitely be returning!

We visited the are for a baseball tournament and vacation wrapped into one trip. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured / described. Host was great and had excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Our family traveled to Bradenton for a family reunion and stayed at Aqua Pina. We loved everything about this property. Spacious bedrooms, multiple spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen and water toys and floats for the pool and beach! Will come back again!

Our family of 4 + another family of 4 had the pleasure of staying at this property in Bradenton late March/ early April. Very close to Anna Maria Island and in a nice neighborhood, the interior of the house is incredibly spacious, well kept and perfect for our group. The boys loved playing in the swimming pool as well as the foosball table and TV area. The adults enjoyed playing cards in the kitchen area which has a small table + counter w/ stools. We never even used the larger table or living room area! There are an abundance of floaties and chairs/ beach toys to use along with coolers and laundry. The Owner was quick to respond to all inquiries and I would recommend a visit!

The house is really nice and comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the location as it closed to the beaches and shops. The only downside was the outdoor furniture as it was hard and not comfortable.

Spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Unique master bedroom layout added privacy so that our dog could have spacious room to move about separate from the young children. The house is close to the pier and downtown area. Grocery stores and Starbucks are just a few blocks away.

Every question or message we sent, we received a response within minutes! All the communication was very clear and extremely helpful. The Home Owner made you feel very safe and secure when booking this property. The Home - WOW!!! This home is absolutely geaorgeous! Very spacious! Very Clean! Well taken care of! A ton of games and toys for the kids to play with! Plenty of Coolers, Beach Toys, and Beach Chairs in the Garage to take with you on a day at the beach. Made it so nice that we didn’t have to buy these items and try to figure out how we were gonna take them home. AND the POOL!!! The Pool was incredible!!! There wasn’t a day that went by that we didn’t spend a significant amount of time in the Pool! By far the best part of our Vacation and the House! The Location - The location is perfect! You are roughly 10-15 minutes from Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach or our favorite Coquina Beach. You are about 25-30 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and about 45 minutes to Clearwater Beach! The local restaurant selection is outstanding. Everything is within 5-15 minutes from the Home. The house is only 20 minutes to the airport. We couldn’t ask for a better location. To summarize our trip, this home will be a home we continue to book every time we return back to Florida. Great Owners, Beautiful Home, Awesome Location, and near Beautiful Beaches with Great Local Restaurants. If you are considering this home as an option you need not look at any other home! THIS IS THE ONE!!!

If you stumble across this gem when you are looking for a Florida rental and see the photos the owner has taken, let it be known they are exactly as pictured. This house is truthful in its advertising. Its located on a quiet city/town street. Few cars and very friendly neighbors. We rented this home after spending 2 weeks in a rental on Holmes Beach. A family emergency had to extend our stay and when we found this house, I wished this was the house we stayed in from day one. Its clean, it smells clean, the beds are comfortable and the storage for clothing is plentiful in each room. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Usually when you open the cabinets, the shelves are bare except for cups and plates. This kitchen had the salt, pepper, oils, seasonings, coffee, sugar, ie. The frig. has a filtered water dispenser too. The open concept space in the house is very inviting too. The foosball table was used by my 83 year old mother one day. What a fun time it was playing games in the entertainment room. The pool is identical to the picture. Pay for the heat in the winter months, you won't be sorry. We brought our dogs with us and they enjoyed the backyard and the long walks on the inviting friendly streets. Communication with the owner is wonderful. They take care of everything immediately. I could go on and on with the little treats the owners leave for their guests but its best if you rent the house to enjoy the surprises. You are not on the beach, and you have to drive to the beach, but they have all the beach equipment you might need. Tons of pristine beach towels to use poolside and beachside. Speaking of towels, the bath towels were abundant too. Large and fluffy. You are also less than 3 miles from the grocery store and any restaurant or amenity you might need. Bonus was a great washer and dryer in the garage. I had my own washer detergent but had I run out, there was detergent to use for this too. This was one of the best rentals we've stayed in, and we've stayed in many over the past 15 years on our family vacations. I give this rental 5 stars. Its that wonderful!

The home was as advertised. We very much enjoyed our stay in this recently renovated home. The finishes were high end and the pool and fenced yard were great for our family and small dog. We would stay here again!

The location was also super great for us, grandma lives right down the street and it's super convenient to shopping and restaurants.
