Lovely spacious apartment, very homely. Ideally located for the main transport hub. We travelled from London on the overnight train and were able to use the bus and local trains to get everywhere we needed. Highly recommended.

Fabulous, spacious property with plenty of room for our family of four. Two adults and two teenagers 16 & 14. Our son loved his attic room with sea views and our daughter enjoyed staying in her pretty room with double bed. We loved our spacious bedroom with en suite. The property has everything you could possibly think of, including all kitchen appliances and much more. The kitchen is a lovely socialable place, and the lounge was very comfortable. Walking distance to the town centre and beach was fantastic. Bev is the most lovely host, always on hand to answer any queries. Fabulous communication. We have very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to others.

Just a couple of little things, but didn’t bother us. The alarm for the flat downstairs went off every day and needed resetting. Simple to fix but sometimes 2-3 times in a morning. I think there was a fault. There are lots of stairs in the property, not an issue for us, but we could imagine difficulties for those with mobility issues. And you just need to remember to bring everything down or up with you, otherwise you can increase your step count for the day if you forget things :) Minor traffic noise from the road outside and the seagulls meant earplugs were needed as we are not early risers. No outside space to enjoy the evening sun.

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, very convenient location. I hope to stay there again one day.
