The house was clean and well stocked with the things we needed to cook with. It had a great layout and fit everyone. I would stay here again. We had no problems.

When we arrived at 4:15 PM for check-in – after having received our check-in instructions – the unit had not been cleaned at all, and there was overflowing trash that welcomed us at the entrance. The property manager (Shelly) was apologetic, and had not been notified by the management company that there were people coming to stay. We had no choice at that hour but to book a hotel down the street for two nights at a considerable additional cost not to mention the cost of having to eat out all meals for eight people. We raise this with the property management company - Evolve- and they cancelled our reservation but did not agree to pay the difference in our cost to stay at the hotel (and we only booked three hotel rooms when we were supposed to have four rooms at the unit). This experience combined with another experience with another management company in Moab two weeks before has made us reconsider, renting through VRBO in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying here. We ran the Moab 1/2 marathon, went jeeping, visited arches and had delicious Thai. Perfect getaway with the family.

We really enjoyed the unit. A lot of little extras that some places don't have. Enjoyed the pool which was right outside our patio. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Moab.

We stayed for a family retreat and Arches/Goblin visit. Plenty of room for the whole family (8 adults). Very clean and comfortable rental. The pool and hot tub were an added treat!

The rental was just ok for our visit. The location is super close to Main Street which makes for easy access. The property was not super clean. Looks like they did a “once over” real quick before we arrived. It was lacking things that other properties I have stayed at had. For example, an out door patio table, pool towels , and more paper towel and toilet paper. The property host did get some sent to us, but I have to reach out twice to ask for toilet paper and paper towel. Another note, the beds were very uncomfortable. We made it work, and our family had a great time. I would have expected more considering what we paid.

Very nice condo for 8 guys getting back together after Covid for our annual mountain bike riding trip in Moab.

Property met all of our standards but needs some additional amenities like towels for the pool.

We had 11 in our party and this 4 bedroom townhouse was perfect for our needs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient location to visit Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks.

This property appeared quite new. It was very clean and well stocked. It is super convenient to Moab. Our family of 7 was very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much. I highly recommend!

Will stay again next year everything was great

Great place for a our family to meet up in Moab for Mother’s Day. Young kids loved the pool. Location in town is great. It was very clean and host is extremely responsive.

1.) The washer smelled really bad, it has to be cleaned by a professional. 2.) The patio BBQ only had enough gas for one steak, ruined $$$ of others due to shutting off. Plus it had a wasp nest.

We visited this property with our family of 6 and another family with 5 members. It was a great property and we had an amazing time! Property manager was responsive and the only issue we had was that the pool/hot tub code we were given wasn’t correct. Someone who saw us come from the unit let us in and it was no big deal. My only suggestions for improvement would be the full mattress on the bottom bunk bed was ok for small kids but could be replaced and a few more kitchen items would be nice. We only found 1 pot holder and just a couple of towels. We would stay here again! Awesome place for an adventurous trip! Thanks so much!

Excellent accommodations

Very clean. Shelly was amazing! House had everything we needed. I'm amazed how much space there was in this condo. Even with lots of people we never felt crowded. Close to all the things we wanted to do. My only issue was parking. The neighborhood was really crowded and lots of cars parked on the road. Really tight for maneuvering through. It's nice to have the old hospital across the road for extra parking though.

This was the best place to stay! Everything you need is already here. Extremely clean and conveniently located to everything.

We enjoyed a great family reunion in Moab and this rental was an integral part of our experience. It has a lot of space to be together yet room to be alone. We used the pool and hot tub almost daily and the BBQ once. The kitchen has a lot of cupboard space and a spacious pantry. It was very clean with contemporary decor and the air-conditioning is terrific. The property manager's communication was prompt. We'd recommend this property to any of our friends and would love to stay here if ever in the area again.

This property is an absolute gem. We came to Moab to enjoy some trail riding with my brothers, sister and spouses. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Shelly is wonderful to work with who provided recommendations for the area and even had picnic chairs available for use in the garage. When we come back to Moab, we will stay here again.

This was just about the perfect place to stay in Moab for a family with 8 kids (ages 3-10). The upstairs was incredibly spacious, and the layout was perfect for cycling kids through the shower each night. We had our two youngest kids in the master bedroom with us, one on the couch next to the bed and one on a small cot we brought with us that fit in the huge closet. Two had to share a queen and everyone else got their own bed, it was perfect. The property was also excellently equipped in the kitchen. We meant to bring our crock pot with us, but ended up forgetting it in the bustle of packing. We were pleasantly surprised to see they had a crock pot and many other items I’m not used to seeing in a vacation rental! And the fact that they had plastic kids dishes as well was icing on the cake. The location was only 5 minutes away from the entry to Arches, and just about anything in town. There’s even a great drive up coffee place just around the corner within easy walking distance. The only complaint we could come up with was the fact that when you were in the living room, you could hear some noise from the neighbors, but that is understandable as it’s a townhouse. We got over it quickly once we realized it wasn’t one of the kids constantly getting out of bed. :)
