Nothing. Pathetic lodge.
Pathetic lodge. Bedsheets beds are 20years old and full of stains...bad fouling smell from reception onwards .better to stay in railway platform than this lodge (this is not hotel).

The staff was friendly snd apologized for having to refuse us. But apparently the hotel does not hsve a license to host non-Indian people.
NO FOREIGNERS ALLOWED IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!! DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE NOT INDIAN!!!! We were refused although OYO sent me messages confirming my booking and wishing me a nice stay (!). This was the second time, this happened through booking.com — the other time was in an OYO hotel in Indore — same situation — I was also refused after confirmation by OYO. Apparently OYO has no idea about the licenses and hotel rules of their OYO hotels — AND it was NOWHERE written on booking.com so that I could have known it before I booked it (or st least before I go to the hotel and find it out at the reception desk).

Ms. Krishal at the front office was pretty good. Went out of her way to try and resolve my issues. As for the rest of my stay... garbage, pure garbage! Bad rooms, ill-trained, misbehaving and fraudulent staff, disgusting lack of basic amenities...
I've said all I had to, above. They even gave me a much inferior room than shown in booking.com! You'll do well to be rid of them!

The room which was allocated me had lot of bed bugs. Hadn’t slept for the whole night.
Good thing that they had wifi connection. I was able to spend the night without sleep by using internet.
After I experienced bed bugs I have requested for another room. And the second room had bed bucks too.
To Booking.com: don’t list this property in your website. I will think twice to use your website because of these kind of properties.

Staff are very good
I booked A/C room, but they provided a non A/ C room. They said that OYO not informed to provide A/C room. I hope OYO cheated me. I spoken to your staff from there I came to No your entire team are cheaters. I made a police report. Report no: உங்கள்கோரிக்கை/புகார் எண்CFS18698212

when I book I choose single room with air conditioner and TV, accordingly I got the confirmation also. but I got the room without air conditioner. it’s purely cheating.

Was charged excess over and above the full payment done upfront .
Airconditioned room was booked and paid online prior to check in . However extra cash payment was taken and no receipt was given despite repeated requests
Toilet WC was unserviceable soiled linen No TV signal through the entire stay
