Place was big enough for 10 of us. The little neighborhood within the development was very nice with access to the trail. Having parking passes was so on key. It helped a great deal! Owners are good to communicate with.

The house is spacious, immaculate, bright and sunny. It's centrally located to all our needs, desires and fun experiences. It was the perfect way to spend my birthday! I recommend this home to anyone looking to get away in a relaxing environment.

This is the second time our family has used this rental property to host a family vacation. Just like before, the property was well maintained and great for the whole family. We loved it so much we’re planning for a third visit in the future!

The house was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. The location is central to so many different activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the mid level deck after a day on the beach with drinks and appetizers. The pet friendly benefit was perfect for us not wanting to put our pet in a kennel. I would stay in the house again gladly.

Our fantastic beach vacation was an absolute delight from start to finish. The spacious and comfortable home provided the perfect retreat for our family. The children and grandchildren had an absolute blast, making wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. With the beach just a stone's throw away and easy access, we spent our days soaking up the sun and playing in the sand. The quiet and serene community, coupled with a refreshing pool, added a touch of relaxation and tranquility to our unforgettable getaway.

This is great for a large group as everyone has their own space. Perfect location for the beach (we rode bikes there a lot) and quick drive to boardwalk. I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle to the beach as it doesn’t start till 3pm and really not that convenient. Would stay there again!

Loved our stay at this house. Great location. Actually has an extra parking spot. No one had to share bathrooms. One of the best stays ever. Washer and dryer worked great, but there is an odor coming from them.

Love this townhouse!!! Has everything you need.. you will need to bring towels and sheet sets and a beach umbrella if you have one (they sell them on the beach for $16 for the day) Location is great!! You can walk to CVS, Tanger Outlet Malls, Outback and Iron Hill Brewery. In the development, there is a gate for a walking trail that you can take to The Point coffee house. The beach is a 5min. drive. You will have a wonderful stay here!!!

The layout was so desirable! Every couple was able to have their own floor for sleeping and bathing....then we all came together on level 2 for group meals, board games, tv & movies and just hanging out.
Interior was nicely decorated and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was off season for tourists. We were minutes away from beach, downtowns, restaurants, shopping ....everything!
We would defintely stay again if events bring us all to the area again.
The hosts provided all the information we needed and answered any questions.

We had a wonderful experience, vacation and family wedding!
The property was clean and well maintained with lots of extra amenities. There was plenty of room for all and it was lovely. The neighbors and other guests at the property were friendly and welcoming.
We loved having the pool in addition to beach access and the location was so convenient to shopping and restaurants.
We would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

Great Beach Vacation
Host was very responsive. House was clean, open layout on the living/dining room floor was great, and screened in porch was good! Beaches were a short drive in either direction (e.g. Lewes, Rehoboth). Deauville beach is about a 10 min bike ride. We rode to see the sun set. On the way, we stopped at a there's a cute playground. Not ideal distance for walking, especially with little kids and beach chairs. Lots of firework viewing opportunities. Great trip and would return.

Excellent experience!
This property was beautiful, roomie, and in a great location! Convenient to the outlets and beach. We had 9 adults and plenty of room. There was a minor issue with the combination at check in, but the owners resolved it right away. Would definitely book this property again.

When in the feel of wanting to shop, the outlets were within walking distance. There were multiple fast food chains and other local restaurants that gave an overwhelming amount of options. The place itself was very clean and well put together. It was quite spacious for a large group of family and friends. Even the little pups had a blast, having a large area to explore. I would highly recommend staying here.

Easy Getaway
The property was in great shape with ample space to spread out. We went for a quick trip and it had everything we needed. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the pool but it was centrally located to go explore the beaches. Check-in was easy and the place was spotless.
