Lots of facilities packed into a studio but still felt spacious. Simple breakfast options but great. Interior decor was modern and well presented.

the place is perfect. It is a studio with all the amenities you need for your stay. has a balcony where you can see the starry sky and a lovely garden. the location is perfect and you can see the sunrise a minute walking from the house. it is beautiful

The room was well furnished with good quality soft furnishings, bed very comfortable. Lovely outdoor deck with chairs Room was warm and views to the ocean were good. Great location to walk to the blowhole and penguin viewing.

Room was quite small and kitchen facilities were a microwave - no cooking utensils provided, and a bar fridge. Crockery, glasses and cutlery. A drop down shelf/table to eat at. Facilities to wash dishes was in the ensuite hand basin, very small, and difficult to wash a small size plate. Choice of cereals was was more suited to child tastes (in my opinion).

Perfect stay perfect position. Clean and tidy everything you can expect and more for a short and long stay. A little cabin studio with a beautiful touch. Beautiful set up and from the terrace a few to the bay.

The Studio was quiet and comfortable, close to the things we wanted to see and do, loved the breakfast supplies and complimentary snacks.

Nearly perfect cottage for a few nights stay. Comfy bed. Lots of light. On street parking right behind the property with a side gate for entry was just fine.

The unit was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean and had everything you could possibly need, the host has literally thought of everything. There is a fridge, kettle and toaster with tea, coffee, snacks and breakfast items provided. The host is really friendly and although the accommodation is on their property this in no way affected our privacy and in fact gave a secure feeling. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

lack of sufficient facilities. only one glass. no water in fridge or ice. no spare blankets in room (had to ask fir one). room was cramped and don’t think good value fir money.

We were met by our host, who allowed us to wash our car using her products, and sat and chatted, it was so lovely, our room was right in town, and we spent the afternoon walking down to the blowhole and exploring the beaches, Tea at the Lobster shack while sitting at the small harbour. I loved Bicheno and our stay at the wheelhouse.

Larger than appears in the photos. Walking distance to the blowhole and beach area. five minute walk to the local licenced waterfront fish and chip shop, great food. Very well presented, clean, comfortable, recently renovated bathroom, nice front deck with view to the ocean. Breakfast included, great for an early start on the road

Everything. The room is perfect and so clean, has everything you need. The view from the deck was amazing too, and within walking distance to the blowhole and going to see penguins! Absolutely loved our stay
