Great property with plenty of room for our family of four. Excellent proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Loved the property and everything was easy from check in to check out!

We stayed at this property for one week during a softball tournament. It was our first time to VA Beach and we found the location perfect. This is very close to the beach, stores, and anything you could need. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to VA beach.

We we're very satisfied with our stay. There were a couple hang ups. I don’t believe it was clearly stated that notice had to be given to get sheets for the sofa bed. This is the first time I've rented an air b&b where this was an issue and we've rented many. I had to contact management to get the sheets but they did have them delivered next day.
The biggest issue was the leaking ceiling in one of the bedrooms. I understand it was from the rain but i truly believe it happened prior to our stay but wasn't repaired due to the amount of bookings. There was noticeable water damage on the ceiling. That was an inconvenience because we had to wake-up early for maintenance to come look at the issue twice. We were here for a dance competition and had a late night the night before so that was inconvenient. The second time we had rain and the ceiling leaked there was so much water everything was wet and we couldn't use that bathroom for the day.
Would we rent this property again, definitely! The pros outweighed the cons.

We stayed for a week in mid-June. The proximity to the oceanfront was terrific, and it was surprisingly quiet being so close - but that may be different during peak season.
You have to walk up a full flight of stairs from the vestibule to the common area, and then another flight of stairs to the bedrooms. This wasn’t so great for our family member that has arthritic knees.
There were some cosmetic repairs needed and one closet door was off its track. I was surprised that the place wasn’t childproofed and had so many breakable items around - so we decided not to have the toddlers in the family come by at all.
So while we recommend the place for able-bodied, responsible people; we would not recommend for families with younger kids, or those who may be accident-prone, or anyone that might not do well with so many stairs.

We booked this last minute for 4th of July week while we were in town for a competition. Great location and price. It's a short 1.5 blocks to the beach where the city firework show takes place.

The property was in a great location and just as described. It’s cute and comfortable and had everything as advertised. It is in need of a deep cleaning and some maintenance on the details, like the tp holder in the half bath swivels and the seat won’t stay up for the guys. It also smells a little moldy when you first walk in so that should be checked out.
The garage/hangout room is probably great if you have teens. We would have preferred to use it as a garage so we didn’t have to pay for parking for our 2nd car, since only one fits in the driveway. There is a parking garage across the street for $15/day. The property garage is also overrun by spiders, so might want to check in with the pest control company.
Listing does say there’s no beach equipment and you can rent some from them but that would be a great addition to include in the rental.
Overall, I would recommend staying there, and recommend to the owners to spend a little bit of time and take it to the 5-star level. It won’t take much to get there!

Our stay was great. This is a good location as it is in the middle of everything. The owner is very responsive and communicates very well. We are looking forward to seeing the construction finished and what it will bring to the community. Excited for next year.

The amount of dead bugs, webs, dust, and hair were astronomical. The garage area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We couldn’t utilize that area. There were hairs in the tubs, around the toilet, on the floors, on the towels and wash cloths. The tubs were dirty and needs to be updated. The home is really cute and decorated nicely, but needs updating. I couldn’t open the blind in the kitchen because the turner was missing, there were a ton of dishes in the dishwasher on arrival, also with the one tv in the house, we couldn’t get it to work correctly. Overall the stay was okay, but I wouldn’t come back.

Owners would not let us reschedule our dates after the Neptune Festival was canceled due to Hurricane Ion coming through. We wanted to reschedule for next year’s and they made us use the booking by the end of this year. Lots of negative things about the house from worn-in stained rugs, poor yellowish lighting-no LED or living room lamps to the incredible horrible noise all day long because the house is located along the flight path of fighter jets doing military drills. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

The condo was very well decorated and extremely comfortable. Plus only 3 short blocks from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and close to numerous restaurants and activities. Owner is very responsive to requests and provides several meaningful suggestions.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is one block from the boardwalk, two from the beach. Located in resort part of town with tons to do in walking distance. The grocery store has a three blocks over and many great restaurants all around.

This is our second year returning to this property. Just as amazing as last year. Short walk to the shopping strip and just a lil farther to the beach. A short walk in the other direction and you will find a nice Harris Teeter. Fairly quiet during the week. Weekends are just a bit crowded but not too unpleasant.

We loved our stay! The place is so well decorated- perfect for a beach house! I love the colors, and the amenities were great- ping pong, games, TV, a well supplied kitchen and paper and laundry products. The place was so close to the beach, shopping AND parking. We were so happy to choose this charming place!

Home away from home..but at the beach!
We were in town for the weekend for our daughters Volleyball tournament. We wanted something other than a hotel so that we had more space and bedrooms. We could walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, tourist areas, activities, etc.in five minutes without moving the car! It also came stocked with games and the garage entertainment area was a favorite with the air hockey, pool table and more.
We had a couple of questions and feedback upon arrival and received prompt response.

We were in town for the road race and the location was perfect for getting to the start and finish lines. The bedrooms were both really nice with enough space for a pop up crib for an infant. Communication with the property managers was great throughout. Leading up to our visit, they answered any questions we had within a few hours and we’re really accommodating.

Had a quick girls weekend with my mom and sisters (5 women) the place was excellent for our needs, SUPER location and we did not have to drive the whole weekend so that was fantastic. 20+ walkable restaurants nearby and concierge was responsive on text when we had a question. VERY clean, smelled good.
