Nice condo across from the beach. The beach was closed to go in the water due to sewage issues. However we enjoyed waking on the beach and down the pier. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The owners were responsive in answering my inquiries.

The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. We had a nice view of the beach from our patio. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We would return!

This place was fantastic. The pictures of it don’t do it justice. It was very conveniently located to the beach and other shopping. Only downfall is ocean has sewage run off in it from Mexican river. Big bummer and disappointment so we went to mission beach for swimming. The property itself though was well worth the cost which we thought was fair. Hats off to whoever decorated it, nicely done.

Wow, we had the best time at this VRBO! This house was perfect for our family as it was very kid friendly for our 2 little ones and stocked with a kids pack & play and booster seat and plenty of beach toys! Just steps from the beach and located near plenty of restaurants, parks and a quick mart. The downstairs bath & bunkbeds were a huge plus after playing on the beach. I was also so impressed with all of the cookware we had access to, it was just like being at home, except with a gorgeous ocean view! We spent a lot of evenings enjoying the balcony firepit table and ocean breeze. We went to the beach several times a day since it was so close and felt very secure within the building & parking garage. I loved the ease of not having to trade-off keys or anything with the keypad security system too. Plenty of toys, chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit that we were able to use as well. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs and the cleanliness & organization of this property was the best we have ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the rooms & bathrooms were quite spacious. We had the pleasure of meeting Dale the owner when he personally saw to a glitch with the AC unit and he was an absolute gem! It really felt more like you were staying with family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly and perfectly located property. It certainly exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and wonderful memories!

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend staying at Dale and Beth's condo in Imperial Beach. My wife and I stayed there with our 5 kids. They provided a Pack N' Play for our 18 month old, and had a great setup for our other 4 children (ages 10, 9, 6, and 4). They are super close to the pier and the beach (about a two minute walk). There are lots of shops and restaurants you can quickly grab food, snacks, or anything else you may have forgotten to pack within walking distance. The parking is a great setup and super convenient. The beach is not crowded and beautiful to walk on. We could see dolphins from the deck, and from the pier, most mornings we were there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to San Diego (we did Sea World, Zoo, and Safari Park while we were there) but want to stay somewhere a little quieter away from the crowds. Will definitely look at staying here again the future. Thank you Dale and Beth for a great weekend!

Amazing location and property. Owner was incredibly organized with communication and even access to batteries for remotes that went dead. We had family at three properties in the area and the location, set up and upkeep of this one was BY FAR the best in the area.

The property owners were very quick to reply when we had questions. Check in and check out was easy. The location was perfect for us, beach across the road, restaurants, coffee shops, market very close. The patio had a wonderful view of the ocean as well as the master bedroom. We would highly recommend a stay here and are hoping we can visit here again.

Very nice condo with all the added amenities to make you feel like you are at home. We needed extra attention to detail on laundry detergent used and they very nicely accommodated us.

A beautiful place in an excellent location! The view from the place was so nice and walking distance to most anything we would need. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well-stocked. They even had some water and snacks for us when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely loved this place! Great location, beautiful unit, had everything we needed. Walking distance to food, drinks, and directly across the street from the IB Pier, with views from the couch and master bedroom. We especially enjoyed the fire pit & sunset from the balcony at the end of the day. Perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and will likely return. We’ve been visiting the area for many years and found our stay here to be one of the most enjoyable. The fire table on the patio was perfect and all of the furnishings were top notch!

WE LOVED THIS CONDO. Everything really was perfect. LOVED THE DECK and gas fire pit table, loved the view, loved the layout of the condo, loved the decorating style of the hosts, loved the amenities that were provided, loved the proximity to the beach, loved not one, but TWO breweries, loved the restaurant downstairs (great food and affordable), loved the liquor store/market across the street. Loved the place so much we really did not want to leave!! LOL. Oddly enough we had a few people tell us before our trip that Imperial beach was "not such a good place." Well, let tell you they are wrong and or have outdated information! We had two couples, but could easily add a third couple as long as they were willing to sleep in bunk beds. Would definitely rent from Dale again. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!!

We stayed at this lovely condo for the final 3 nights of our family vacation in California. We had spent the prior 7 days driving down the coast from San Francisco. The location, space, and amenities were exactly as shown and perfect for relaxing before we returned home. We would certainly return to this property!

Beautiful house! Bigger than pictures portray Perfect location parking was easy Hosts have thought of everything & easily reached with the 1 question I had It was fantastic!

I have stayed in numerous rental properties and have never written a review, but I thought this property deserved one! It is exactly as listed and MORE! It had absolutely everything we needed and everything was top of the line. The property owner had instructions all over to make working TVs and door/garage codes very easy. All pots/pans/dishes/towels/etc. were top notch and the house was impeccably clean! From a mom of little ones (1 and 4 years old) perspective, this house was very kid friendly. The balcony was safe and the kids loved being out, the oven buttons are at little finger height, but they have a locking feature so that was a non-issue, they also have a pack and play if needed. If you have curious little ones, you will want to bring along a portable baby gate for the stairs (we always travel to rental properties with our baby gate, so this was a non-issue for us). The location was UNBEATABLE! It is just as pictured! You are right across the street and in walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, playground, beach, pier… it could not have been better! I honestly cannot say enough about this property and have already recommended it to several people! An absolute dream!!

Condo and location in IB was awesome. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Proximity to beach/pier and restaurants was so convenient. Only moved our SUV once during stay to meet friends at Belmont Park. Neighbors were friendly. We plan on coming back!

Overall great experience and location, very accurate description. Only downside was TV downstairs buffers unable to watch the last 2 days never connected, cord was taped in the back into box, may need new equipment, disappointing to miss NBA finals game as we are Suns fans from AZ

We had a great time relaxing and recharging in this large and warmly decorated property. Big open spaces kept the conversation going and the balcony provided great views of stunning sunsets! All amenities were provided, including huge TVs with many streaming options, and the place was perfectly clean! I can’t leave a review without mentioning the comfortable beds! Usually, staying in a new property involves adjusting to uncomfortable mattresses. But here, the mattresses were amazingly comfy and I slept like a baby! Finally, the location was great. A hop across the street and your in the sand. A block down the street and you’re presented with many eating options. Shops and great views everywhere you turn. Imperial Beach impressed me. This little beach community is clean, quiet and modern. Everything about my staying here was amazing! I’m already planning future stays with my family. Can’t wait to return!
