The house was beautiful! Looks just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were as described. We loved relaxing by the pool. We range in age from 87-22 and we all loved it. According to my mother “she has stayed in many beach houses in her 87 years and this was by far the best”. The beach is about 100 yards away. Harvey was attentive and patient with my many questions before and during our stay. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Wonderful property, wonderful spring break. Sorry it is already booked for next year!

House was great! Perfect location. So close to beach. Large living space provides ample privacy for 8. Walking distance to Publix.

Decks off of every bedroom but nothing to sit on except for in master suite Queen bedroom very dark and burnt out light in closet hallway made it difficult to see what was in the closet The the proximity to the beach is great but results in REALLY loud traffic noise if you are on the deck. However inside you hear nothing. We were fortunate that most of the time no one was in the adjoining unit as the main decks are quite close to each other

This was a great vacation home for our family of 8. Short, easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The owner was very accommodating and provided lots of info about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Tropical Sands blew our expectations out of the water. It truly was paradise. We traveled with my parents and our 3.5 and 1.5 year old. We wanted a place that gave us everything we could need and this house did that and more! The pool was perfect for all of us and equipped with plenty of toys! The beach was literally less than a block away and we had everything we needed in the garage! We cooked most of our meals in the home and the kitchen was fully stocked! There are alot of stairs so keep that in mind but there is also an elevator. We put a couple chairs at the top to keep our toddler from going down and that did the trick. I rented a pack n play and high chair and it was in the rental when we arrived so make sure to look into that if needed! The views to the beach were exceptional and Harvey made sure we had a wonderful week!

Yearly trip with cousins. 8 adults , age 59-73. Awesome house, location less than half a block to the beach. Owner answered all questions in less than 24 hours ,prior to our arrival. Property manager was a text away. AMI was awesome! Weather was close to perfect! Couldn’t ask for more!

Top notch from check in through check out. House was absolutely perfect for our get away with grown children. Pool was perfect, beach phenomenal and house very comfortable. Super clean and very close to the beach.

Let me just say this: Stay here! Perfect beach location…a walk across the street to a sparsely “populated” beach. A look up the beach to the right shows a bigger crowd but it didn’t overflow down to our area. A one minute walk to Skinny’s for a quick bite or Corona, and right across from it is a surf shop with tshirts, high-end flip flops, great hats, beachwear, etc. A 30 second walk from there takes you to the public beach parking and a bar/restaurant and a less expensive beach shop with hats, lots of souvenirs and beach stuff. The house is a quick golf cart ride to Publix and Walgreens. House was amazing!! Elevator helped to load/unload groceries and suitcases. Sheets and mattresses were super comfy. Thick towels in the bathrooms. We’ll appointed kitchen with blender, knife sharpener, and two coffee makers (including one that could accommodate the k-cups or make a whole pot). The balcony on the third floor was a great place to watch the sunsets and it overlooked the pool area. Casey (property mgr) was super responsive whenever we had a question. Would stay there again in a heart beat!!

Beautiful home. Quality. Location close to beach, shops restaurants. Attentive hosts. Very comfortable beds and linens. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for a large family.

We had 7 in our group and we had plenty of room. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool. The dining table on the top floor balcony was a great location for evening meals and for those that needed to catch up on work emails during the day.

This was an absolutely perfect trip. The house was even better than described, and the pictures do not do the property justice. Harvey was a delight to work with to book, and Casey (property manager) went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed once we were on AMI. We rented a golf cart to explore the island, which I highly recommend - we did not use our car once until we packed up to leave. It was a highlight of the trip for the kids. The beach is perfect. We have stayed at oceanfront rentals that are farther walks than here! Harvey also has an entire garage full of beach supplies (chairs, tents, buggies, toys, etc!) The beds are all super cozy with high quality linens, and the kitchen is better stocked than my own. We will most certainly be back!

This property is just one block away from the beach. Has everything you need and more. Will definitely stay here again. I had some issues that were quickly addressed by Casey and Harvey. Oh and did I mention this house has an Elevator? Just Amazing.

The house and property were wonderful! So close to the beach. Great amenities at the house! Small salt water pool was just right. Landscaping was beautiful. The property manager was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Harvey's home was absolutely incredible! From the location (literally right across the beach!) to the amenities, our week flew by and we didn't want to leave! We hadn't seen our family since December 2019 and I couldn't think of a better place for all of us to be together. We want to go back to Harvey's house every year!

Tropical Sands was a wonderful home for our family vacation. Harvey and the team made everything so easy from booking to check-in to check-out. The house is a great setup for larger families as there are multiple areas where you can relax and everyone can have some space. The elevator made loading and unloading much easier. (Although, I rather enjoyed the stairs for a little extra exercise throughout the week.) The house is well stocked with whatever you might need - coolers, chairs, a couple of tents, beach carts, etc. The location is great as the beach access is a very short walk across the street. The beds were all very comfortable with high quality linens. Oh, and you MUST try the master shower. Wow, what a luxurious spa-like experience. They spared no expense when designing this home. It's truly a luxury retreat. Publix is walking distance so no need to scramble to try and bring everything or buy everything at once. The pool is nice treat and the outdoor shower by the pool makes rinsing the sand off not only easy, but also relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book this house again. You can't go wrong with this one. You will not be disappointed. We will be back for sure.

After figuring out the layout of the house it was great that we all had our own space. The master suite was awesome but the shower in master bath was AMAZING!! We loved all the balconies. The view from the top floor was great as well. It was a short walk to the beach & the garage had all our beach needs. It was nice to come back to the pool after the beach. We would definitely rent again!!

We had a group of six of us and stayed for eleven nights. The location of the house is very convenient to the beach and Publix for our shopping needs. The communication with Harvey and Cory was great! We used the beach and pool daily! It was nice to have both options available to us. The outdoor shower by the pool was great for rinsing off when returning from the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed the home!

Best beach access away from the crowd! Literally just across the street from the house. Also a short walk to Publix which was awesome. Great beach views from balconies. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed inside and out from beach towels to beach cart which made trucking chairs and toys so easy.

It was a wonderful experience. The entire process from scheduling to check out was easy. Property mgr was readily available. Balcony views of beach and sunsets - gorgeous. Beds comfortable. Grill very convenient. Decor very nice. Pool area lovely. Steps from the beach and walking distance to Publix. Great location . Our months stay was wonderful!
