Nice exercise area, and the pool seemed nice. Staff was very helpful and we were able to have Amazon packages delivered to hotel for us. Breakfast was good, and room was very comfortable and plenty of space.

When I arrived in my room, there were wine stains on the end table by the sofa. I took a picture before cleaning it up myself. I shared my finding and photo with the front desk and they thanked. Me. Later, when I took a shower, I found w toothbrushes in the shower caddy. Surprisingly disgusting. When I checked out in the morning, I shared a picture as well. I didn't ask for a discount, it I thought it would go without saying that if I didn't get any consideration, your organization would at least not have the audacity to send me a survey. As a result, I posted my findings on social media, which has a considerable following.

It would have been smart to offer me a make good on my sub par experience, but that ship.jas sailed. I would change your policy or train and empower your employees to call an audible to turn my attitude and perception of the brand when it mattered most.

I liked how safe it was. It was also very spacious both outside the parking lot and in our room. I also like the colors inside and outside the hotel. Especially on the inside, very soft warm colors. Nothing Tacky.

I kinda wish the dining hall would be a little bigger.

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was simple per usual, but delicious nonetheless.

The room was well appointed with all the conveniences of a small apartment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and elegant. The main living area was large and held the four of us very comfortably.

The bedsheet has blood stain and when I called the front desk, they said the housekeeping left already and just sent me a clean sheet and asked me to change it by myself. What?!

The hotel rooms, lobby, etc are new and modern. Very stylish! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The pool and outdoor areas were really nice as well.

Our air conditioning unit was crazy loud, and RIGHT next to the bed. Like a helicopter landing. Literally shook our room. But once we reported it to the front desk the next morning they had a maintenance person address it the same day.

GREAT staff, from the manager down - they couldn't do enough for you! Found us rides to get to golf courses, very helpful with anything you need. "Speed of the leader, speed of the team"; this leader was on top of everything and it showed throughout the staff. 12 minutes from PGA West golf courses, 12 minutes the other way to "downtown" shopping and restaurants. Nothing really walkable from the hotel itself. Really good room setups with plugs and USBs everywhere; kitchenettes fully functional and appreciated.

Bed mattress was pretty hard so never slept really well. No sweets at breakfast except for waffles. Construction next door caused massive amounts of dust and dirt to blow right at the hotel, cover our cars with dirt, and give us some respiratory problems (not normal for us). Not their fault, but until that construction is done, you should avoid this place if you have reparatory issues.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Has an awesome free breakfast, 24/7 gym, and putting green. Staff Were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. Also loved that you could connect your Netflix account to the TV.

Room was a little loud at times. Stayed on the 1st floor. Also, no jacuzzi.

The rooms here are actually serviced apartments, which was awesome! They have dishwashers, dishes, pots and pans, so you can actually spend some time, prepare some meals, recharge from eating junk food all the time. The views of the desert mountains are breathtaking. There's a Costco right next door, so bring your membership card and tank up on the cheap (but long lines, so plan ahead). The rooms have their own little living space, you can hook up your Netflix or Amazon Prime subscription to the TVs, and just kick back and get away from the hectic life of Los Angeles. Do note, the drive to Joshua Tree is 1h to 1h30m or so. It's a great place to stay, would come here again for a longer stay.
