This beautiful condo on the beach with its amenities is very comfortable for the entire family. There is lots to do here in Daytona and this location is close to many stores and restaurants, some within driving distance. The Superhost is very easy to get in touch with and the building security, cleanliness all being spectacular! We enjoyed our stay here and this was our third time here at this condo and we will return if still available. Thank You Aaron, Gord & Jakki from Niagara Region, Ontario, Canada.

We have stayed in this building before. All of the condos are very spacious and have great views of both the ocean and the river. The owner was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed.

Everything was accurate beside a few very small details (loud AC system and pilows to be replaced)

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the space and the location. We have already booked it for next year. The condo provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved waking up every morning to the sound of the waves, the view of the ocean and the amazing sunrises. The condo was beautiful. Very clean. The view was spectacular not only from the balcony but the front. The river view was so pretty at night

The property was very comfortable, clean, and the views were great, We enjoyed the area and the many places to eat close by. We loved watching the people on the beach from the balcony on those bright sunny days.

We love staying at this beautiful condo. The condo has everything that we need. It has wonderful views, spacious living quarters, great pools, and just a wonderful facility. Aaron was great to work with and we look forward to booking again for next year.

Wonderful working with Aaron and the condo was perfect. No problems at all, very clean and had everything needed.

Like the property very much - close to favorite restaurants, etc. We would have liked to have a recliner in the den with the TV as my husband is disabled and needed the recliner. Also, the TV system disappointed - We have several TV services that we could have used but I couldn't find an internet connection to use. All in all we enjoyed our time in Daytona.

Very nice and clean condo! Updated bathrooms and kitchen. 2 separate living areas and one with a desk which helped for necessary virtual work. Host was an awesome communicator. Residents are also very friendly. Wouldn’t change a thing. Very happy with our choice!

My family has made it a tradition to vacation in this area for many years. However, this year our regular Condo was not available (just down the road). We took a chance on this VRBO and I can honestly state that we will be back! To begin with, this condo is just as lovely as described and as pictured. What was even better were the newly remodeled bathrooms/showers. Additionally, the guest bedroom has its own private bathroom and the room is VERY spacious (not your typical double bunk beds setup thank goodness!). My almost 21 year old daughter really appreciated that! The host is very responsive and friendly. While we never met (given COVID and contactless check-in), we felt welcomed from the first encounter. We were pleasantly surprised by a “welcome” bottle of wine in the room. We’ve always stayed in condos with full amenities (full kitchen, laundry in room) and this one did not disappoint. I cook about 75% of the meals when on vacation and there were plenty of the “right” dishes, pans, cutlery available to make great meals. Anything extra you might need can be easily purchased at the Publix down the street and a liquor store within walking distance. I could go on and on. Trust me when I say, as a seasoned visitor to this area and to full amenity condos, this host and unit will not disappoint! Thank you Aaron for the hospitality and we will be back soon!

Beautiful and clean condo overlooking Daytona Beach. Master bedroom and living room face the Atlantic Ocean. Large balcony facing the ocean provides great views of the beach and amazing sunrises. The front entrance faces the Halifax river with equally amazing sunsets. The heated pools and hot tubs were great. With the sliders open the sound of the ocean filled the master bedroom and most of the condo. We had a great stay here. Super relaxing and nice location.
