This was the best caravan we have ever stayed in. Total luxury with every possible appliances you could wish for. Very spacious and comfortable. The area is a sightseers dream with so many beautiful places nearby. Will definitely visit again.

Just got back from a week away in this amazing caravan. It was a real home from home, so clean, spacious and the views were to die for. An ideal base to explore this part of Dorset. We would highly recommend a stay here. We will defiantly be back. Thank you so much Paul and Chris for making our stay amazing.

Brilliant accommodation and spectacular views.

Just returned from a 3 night stay, we just wanted to get away for a few days to switch off....... and we did! the cleanliness was second to none as was the facilities,, location, view. The pictures don’t do the property justice but we are working out when to go again! Thank you

Accommodation was perfect for us and plenty to do in the area. Walks, visits and boat trips all within easy reach. Highly recommend

We have recently returned home from a 7 night break in this stunning caravan. From the moment we walked in, it had a warm and homely feel and was immaculately clean with everything we could wish for. Beautiful views across to the sea and hearing the gentle sound of the steam train just added to our stay. The campsite is very quiet and within an easy drive to all the tourist attractions/places - it really was perfectly situated! We hope very much to book again for next year - cannot rate this little ‘gem’ highly enough!

We went for a 2 night short break. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, the cleanest we’ve ever had anywhere! Very nicely decorated and modern. The view to the sea was lovely too, shame the weather wasn’t up to much for us to enjoy sitting on the balcony with that view, though you can see from the sofa. Chris is very good with communicating, which was great. The location is a bit out of the way of Swanage seafront, a good 20 minute walk, and is really hilly. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year and as before lovely and clean, Warm and welcoming, and good communication with the host. Highly recommend and will be looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We have holidayed in Swanage for the last 15 years and a variety of accommodations. This is by far the BEST we have had. The caravan is immaculate, well equipped and very comfortable. The views are stunning and the wrap around decking gives perfect views of the Hills and the bay. The site is quiet and was perfect for us. A 20 minute walk to the promenade and everything you need for a perfect holiday. The checkin was painless and Chris and Paul had provided a welcome pack with essentials. The whole holiday was 100% perfect and we’ve told Chris and Paul we will be booking again for next year. Julian & Julie.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July 2021, and have vowed to come back for longer! The caravan is beautifully furnished and feels extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for us as a couple, and we could easily imagine being happy staying with another 2 people as well. Everything was spotless, all the fittings are modern, the showers are nice, the bed was comfy, everything you would want from holiday accommodation. The open plan kitchen and lounge feels very spacious and opens out onto a terrace, all of which have lovely views of the sea. There is even a massive HD TV in the lounge! It's either a 20 minute (allbeit hilly) walk or a 5 minute (£3.50) taxi into Swanage, so well-located too. Can't fault it really, definitely recommend!

The caravan was spotlessly clean with everything you could want in it including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The position could not be better with views over the surrounding countryside and out across the bay. The wrap around decking and the side garden areas are sun traps where you can relax with a drink on the sun loungers or have a bite to eat at the patio table. There is also plenty to see and do in the local area. We had a great relaxing week here and would definitely recommend this caravan and site. The hosts were also excellent and very informative too.

Beautifully presented caravan, clean tidy and modern, very comfortable with incredible bay view from the decking and the lounge. Highly recommend, I’ve already booked my next stay for later this year.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway then this is perfect. The owners made us feel right at home with clear instructions and communication and the caravan itself is beautifully presented and clean. We'll be back for sure!

This was superb. The views were amazing . Chris and Paul had thought of everything you could need in this perfect Chalet. Their communication and welcome first class. Short walk into Town but be aware with the view comes a hill . We were fine with that. And look forward to our return.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation overlooking Swanage. Green rolling hills to the left with Swanage and the sea in front. The accommodation was immaculate, with wine, milk, cereal, butter and bread left for our arrival. Everything and more that we needed for our stay. I would 100% recommend staying here and I will certainly be booking in the future.

Static Caravan at Coastal Park. My husband and I stayed here for a week in October. We booked this beautiful static caravan essentially for the views & then discovered it is 5* throughout. Situated on the side of a hill the panoramic landscape is breathtaking. The kitchen window offered views over Swanage and the hill towards Harry’s Rock but the lounge area with its many windows and patio doors offered spectacular views of the whole of Swanage cove and out to sea. With the caravan having half surround decking, it is a pleasure to sit outside and relax with a cuppa. The owners Chris & Paul have thought of everything from mood lighting inside and out, to amenities inside. There are plenty of cupboards, a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 excellent working showers in oversized cubes, the beds are comfy, 2 reclining leather settees which are positioned to savour all views. A lovely welcome package was left as well as cleaning items including dishwasher tablets. The heating works great with an easy to use timer if need be. The whole caravan is spacious and comfy. A truly beautiful area to rest and relax. There is plenty to do in the area, the beach, arcades, pubs, restaurants & lovely town centre, are all within easy walking distance. A short drive takes you to plenty of other interesting/scenic areas. We drove to Lulworth Cove and walked the cliffs taking in the iconic Durdle Door. We walked from the caravan to Harry’s Rock and Studland which was a 10 mile round trip. The chain ferry was fun across to Sandbanks where we had lunch at Rick Steins Fish Restaurant and then a car tour of Poole and Bournemouth. We walked lots of Swanage which is very pleasant but decided against a cold sea dip! In short this accommodation has everything you need. Chris & Paul are easy contactable and give great help and advice. We would love to return in the summer time. Thank you

This was the first time we have holidayed in a ‘caravan’ we did a last minute booking and our expectation was exceeded.. we had taken some supplies like bread and milk, but the owners had supplied bread, milk, marmalade, jam, eggs, coffee, tea, orange juice and a bottle of local wine, along with dishwasher tablets And cleaning supplies... everything had been thought of.. the caravan was spacious and luxurious and central heated. When the rain cleared the view was beautiful overlooking the sea.. the owners have thought of everything and although I had taken anti bacterial wipes, everything was spotless and wipes all provided..really impressed.. sItuation lends itself to a car and driving, which wasn’t an issue for us as was an ideal base for us and would definitely recommend...
