Our family of four (3YO and 8YO) loved staying in this house while we were in town for an event at Rhodes. Spotless property with tons of space to spread out and a quick trip to campus/Midtown. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We enjoyed taking their scooters for a ride on the Greenbelt and watch the barges. Bryson was very responsive before, during, and after. We will definitely look for this house for future trips and would recommend highly for families!

Very Nice Property. Beautiful Home exactly as pictures show. Great Neighborhood. A couple of minor cleanliness issues but I am a neat freak. Owner assured that they will address them. You can’t go wrong with this property.

The property was simply outstanding.It was licated to many attaractions abd close to family entertainment.

Everything was just as described in listing! The house was beautiful. Owner was very helpful. We will definitely stay again. One problem is the keyless entry is a little tricky maybe leave or give some notes on locking procedure. Not complaining just suggesting would be helpful! 5 Star for sure!!! Great House!❤️

Great stay in Memphis - house was comfortable and very conveniently located.

We stayed here for our church denomination’s annual gathering and it was wonderful. Great neighborhood. Five minutes from the convention center. Minutes from a great local grocery store. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, very clean and safe location. Had the basic essentials you need and comfy beds.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was a very close drive to downtown and the pyramid. The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was very well-kept. We love to tour breweries and there are a few within a 5 minute drive. All the appliances worked well and our family had space to spread out and relax after treading around Memphis all day. Highly recommend.

Went to Memphis for our son’s wedding & this home was perfect for our stay. My husband & I had the master bedroom on the first floor. The queen size bed was very comfortable & the adjoining bathroom spacious with 2 sinks, tub & walk in shower. The upstairs had 2 nice size bedrooms with queen size beds & an adjoining bathroom. The downstairs is open to the kitchen, dining room & living room which made it cozy for entertaining. This home has an attached double garage which leads into the laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. This home has aesthetic appeal which makes it lovely. This was a great stay 😊

Mud Island is such a great location for us and this property is the cherry on top! Great communication with the owner and the property itself is very comfortable. The location is near by daughter's family so I know we will have many more occasions to be back.

Hello I love EVERYTHING about the location and the stay. It was so nice, clean and elegant. I love the chandelier piece. Only thing I would recommend is small TVs and the bedrooms upstairs some guest might not care though. Other than that EVERYTHING was easy and pleasent

The property is nice and clean but several lights were burned out and my friend actually tripped over a pile of bricks in the garage. Luckily she was ok but it was unnecessary at least. Otherwise our stay was uneventful. Thanks for letting us be there!

Very nice location and the property was well decorated. Neat neighborhood on Mud Island enhanced our visit.

Enjoyed our stay , one suggestion , put a sign are paint the area where it drops in the garage, trip hazard .

This is a BEAUTIFUL property!! The home is well stocked with the essentials, the decor is beautiful and the location is amazing... Our host was fantastic and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

We had scheduled a visit to Memphis not knowing what to expect. This rental was in a perfect location, is a beautiful home with beautiful decor and very comfortable beds.

I gave four stars because the location was very nice, and 3 1/2 stars wasn't available. "Just enough and no more", would be my line to sum up this rental. For example, one crappy oversized spatula, scratched up pans, and only a handful of plates. Some of the furniture is on their last leg. The power went out on us for several hours and there wasn't a flash light. A little effort and those issues could be resolved. The effort really shows in the cleanliness of the place. Nothing alarming at first glance but if you look up in the bathroom or in corners you can see the place needs a deep cleaning. My daughter had to wash her comforter because it was covered in dog hair. It wasn't my worse stay, and again the location is fantastic. But if you are going to advertise "High End" I expect a little more attention to detail.

This beautiful home had all the amenities we wanted, the comfort of home and the charm from its location in a truly beautiful part of Memphis. It was also soooo accessible to everything! We'd come back!

The name Mud Island doesn’t really describe this location. Beautiful homes on the river! This property was as described and we had zero issues. If you want a great location near everything. This is pretty darn good, Great communication with owner. Will rent again.

We were so glad to be a le to stay here again. We came with friends the last time. This time we were with family for our daughters graduation from U of M. Just a beautiful house, close to the city and yet so quiet!

This property was perfect for so many reasons. First was the location it was so convenient to everything. Second the house exceeded our expectations. And third the price was very reasonable compared to most of the hotels I checked. I would definitely stay here again when in Memphis. I give this property 😀😀😀😀😀

We had a great trip. It was adult family that went. The house was in a really nice, cute neighborhood. Very easy access and the garage was a big bonus. We had TV issues, but the property owner was VERY responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Home was perfect in amenities, size and location for us. Owner great to work with. Would rent again if in the area.

This was a great place to stay. Very pretty and clean. The only change I would make is a trash can in the bathrooms. Four women - no trashcans in the bathroom is not the best plan.

We were a party of 5 adults & this place was awesome for our visit to Memphis. The location is a 10 out of 10. All attractions are less than a 10 mile drive ( most are 3 miles or less ). We would definitely stay here again.
