The location was excellent for town visits and walks and the property is in a great area for National Trust and beaches. Holt is a gorgeous little town with fab pubs, restaurants and shops and we didn't need to travel more than half an hour for all of our day visits. The rooms were really spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Lots of storage and wardrobe space and everything was immaculate. The showers were excellent and things were in place to cook a good meal. Well done. A brilliantly converted space with lovely bright rooms and big windows for ventilation. Bonus having a utility room with a washer dryer too. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, although if you don't like an upside type house, where the lounge and kitchen is on the 2nd floor, perhaps this isn't for you. We loved it though.

It would have been good to have a couch or two on the mezzanine to relax more comfortably on. It seemed the space could have been slightly better utilised, but it may have been because the place was quite new and not yet totally 'populated'. The lounge could also have done with another big couch, as there was only just enough space for 4 of us comfortably with an upright chair for a 5th person and as it's for 6 people, there would be a struggle to all watch a film together or sitting to chat. Pint glasses are always useful for soft drinks and beer too, so this would be a nice addition. The bin outside wasn't emptied often enough for two properties and so it was overflowing with no space to recycle. Other than those suggestions, we had a very relaxing and luxury stay.

Perfectly positioned on a quiet street in the centre of Holt this apartment was spacious and clean. We had a very enjoyable time using it as a base to explore the region. Two large double bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, each had an en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space.

Shame it didn’t have a garden or a parking space.
