Julia and Clive welcomed us with a cuppa, showed us around and were very friendly.
Decent sized room. Everything was clean and well stocked with tea, coffee etc.
Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked and hot.
Service was excellent.
Mini and Luna were a little extra bonus.
Have stayed in other places locally but won't be going anywhere else from now on.
Sadly the bed was quite bouncy and could have been more comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clive, Julie and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. The location is perfect as it is very close to all the Skegness attractions. I would highly recommend the Beachdene Guest House as we had a lovely time there and would gladly stay again!

Staff were really friendly & helpful, nothing appeared to be too much trouble
Location was good for us in that it was close to beach, shops, pubs & the Embassy theatre
The room was very clean
I felt personally that the decor was looking rather tired.
There could have been a shelf in the bathroom.
All in all great place for price.

We had a room around the back of the hotel so we're not disturbing other quests there was also a nice seating area outside the room it's self was spacious shower good the staff were really friendly couldn't do enough for us breakfast was really nice

The accommodation was perfect,clean and spacious,ideally situated for my elderly wife and even older self. Clive, Julia and staff are just great.Kind and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble .Lovely freshly cooked breakfast,superb. Just a perfect experience. Will definitely stay again.

Linda and Clive are very warm and friendly. Luna and Minnie are beautfull and friendly. All the breakfast staff were friendly too. The room was cosy and clean and a nice breakfast in the morning 😊
There was a slight slant on the mattress on the double bed but apart from that there was nothing wrong and we would love to stay here again
