The blackout curtains did not close tightly. The security light in the parking lot showed through exactly on to the headboard.... not really able to sleep well.

My stay was wonderful. All of the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. My one complaint is using hotel.com. They butchered my last name causing the hotel to indicate I did not have a reservation. I could not get through to anyone to resolve this. Fortunately I noticed the crazy miss-spelling on my receipt and the property found my reservation. The front desk was super helpful and also tried calling hotels.com but could not get through either. How about using a real help desk to resolve situations!

Kenny at the front desk was so wonderful! The entire staff was. I had interactions with a groundsman, a wonderful house keeper, and sweet lady working breakfast- all so incredibly kind and accomodating!! I stayed with my three young children for three nights and we will definitely stay here on our next trip. Clean, quiet, and couldn't ask for more for a simple beach trip!

We were put next to a family of 7 in one room. 5 children. It was very noisy and when we let the front desk know, she replied with “noted”. I wish we would have been offered to switch rooms!

heard the father threatening the kids getting “spanked”. When I let reception know, she just said ok, noted. There was no compassion or concern. I would have wished we would have been given the opportunity to move rooms.

We had booked a King bed room weeks before. And only double queen available. Very disappointed with our room, as King room is much more spacious, has a chair and that is what we requested being we were going to be there 4 nights

We had a one night stay while traveling from Orlando to Venice to Clearwater. The 5 staff members we encountered in the little time we were there were outstanding! Super sweet and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!

We were in room 320, and the bathtub was leaking and that noise was totally annoying for two days, it seems that it had been going on for a long time because the floor of the bathtub was already very broken and stained.

This place is old. REALLY old. We paid for a King suite and it hadn't been remodeled or refreshed in at least 12-15 years.
Dresser doors fell off. Shower head barely worked. Tub faucet leaked substantially. Moldy, too.
Lobby is new, which tricked us a bit.

This property is old and worn out. I know they are going to be remodeling all of the rooms (per the staff) but very outdated and dingy for the money. We left and didn’t even stay the night.

Check in was easy. The lobby was clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was exceptional good. The room was very clean and well maintained. However, the bedroom did not have enough lighting. Only had 1 lamp with 1 shining bulb. No overhead lights at all and 1 small window. The bathroom was very clean and well supplied. Overall experience was good but the hotel could use better maintenance.

It was a very nice breakfast display however it would have been helpful if each dish listen potential allergens. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable of the contents or possible components of the offerings and a simple note on each food sign would have been very helpful. No non-dairy options were offered for coffee or cereal so additional options would be appreciated.

Our Suite was great and beds were very comfortable. However the toilet was not bolted to the floor properly. The bathtub did not have a flat bottom so a non-slip mat would help when showering. Room was quiet! Had ample towels and complete kitchen amenites were great. Free parking.
