Location. The accommodation has everything you could want. Facilities and utilities all great. Very comfortable.

We did notice there were ants on the right hand side of the bench. Also one of the dining room chairs needs attention. The back rest goes back too far. Otherwise all was fantastic.

The bed in the main bedroom felt like there was a hill in the middle of it, Both bathrooms needed updating. showers were very small.

Location brilliant, presentation of the property was immaculate so clean, much appreciated.

Cleanliness' ,one of the most important things we look for and this was prefect , even down to a bowl of fresh flowers on the dining table ! super touch.

Transparency about the fact that there are security cameras at the back & front of the apartment would be recommended. Groups can feel uncomfortable otherwise.
