New hotel located 10 mins walk from attractions. Good breakfast and amazing view of La Paz from the resturant. They let us check-in early. And packed breakfast as were leaving early.

Price and quality didn´t match. Staff was okay, but not in that price. The breakfast was totally disapointment. Breakfast staff wasn´t helpfull at all.

Unfortunately the night we were there the AC broke so it was a bit hot but the hotel staff did bring us a fan.

Nos cobraron una toalla pequeña supuestamente perdida y no la teníamos nosotros. También cobraron el costo de limpiar una toalla manchada con maquillaje, cuando esto es normal en un hotel. La ubicación, en la parte antigua y fea de la ciudad, aunque es buena.

Equipe muito cordial. Solicita emtodos os momentos. Como fossemos fazer check out 4:00 da manhã, organizaram um brown bag com fruta, yogurte, lançhe e bolacha. Organizaram transfer para aeroporto, muito pontual.

Zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel. Grote, schone kamer. Heel fraai restaurant op de bovenste etage met een vrijwel 360 graden uitzicht over de stad. Een uitgebreid ontbijt, en voor de vroege vertrekkers staat een ontbijtbox klaar.

De douche. Er zijn slechts 2 standen mogelijk: te heet en te koud. Het kluisje ligt los op de plank: kan dus zo onder de arm worden meegenomen. Niet erg safe dus. TV geeft alleen betaal tv en is niet op gewone zenders in te schakelen. Er zijn slechts 2 klerenhangers.

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona centrica y las habitaciones y baño cumplen todas las expectativas.

El salón comedor estuvo ocupado por eventos en dos jornadas lo que complico el almuerzo y la cena, Ofrecian el servicio a la habitacion, pero no es lo mismo.

Very nice, comfortable, clean and spacious room with large beds and a big window

The man at the reception was not very friendly; he seemed like we were bothering him, had an unpleasant demeanor, and no smile. Moreover, the Wi-Fi we received only worked for one person and on one device, which was not communicated to us beforehand. We had to go downstairs and ask for Wi-Fi for each device separately. The worst part, however, was breakfast. We were told it would be served from 7 am, and we needed to leave at 7:30. So, we got ready by 7 am to have enough time to eat breakfast, have tea and coffee. When we went downstairs, breakfast was not ready. The man preparing it greeted us with the same expression as the receptionist the day before - unhappy to see us. There was only stale toast on the table, no cheese, cucumber, or tomato. At the station for preparing eggs - no staff. There was hot water, Nescafé coffee sachets, and no milk. First, I had to ask if there would be any tomatoes or cucumbers, only to find out there wouldn't be, and that there would be fruits instead. Then I asked if it would be possible to have scrambled eggs, and someone came and prepared them for us. After that, I had to ask for milk for the coffee. All of this made breakfast stressful, revolving around asking for very basic items, nothing fancy. And all of this happened in a bad atmosphere because the breakfast wasn't ready on time, and with our questions, we appeared demanding. Everyone, except the young man preparing the eggs, had dissatisfied expressions on their faces while we asked our questions, and they didn't intend to speed up even a bit. By the time everything was laid out at 7:25, we were already halfway through our meal when our transportation arrived. We chose a high-standard hotel not because we expect luxury, but because we needed reliability with our tight schedule.

We had a very nice room with two large, comfirtable bed. Bathroom was very nice, big and clean. The staff was amazing, they help you with everything. The best of all is the roof restaurant, where you can see La Paz, and also the food was delicious. We will come to La Paz again in the end of the months and first we made a reservation to another hotel which I now change it and we will stay in Mitru Expeess again.

I like it all. The only (small) minus was location, but the taxi to city center is cheap.

A nice hotel but a few hilly blocks away from hustle and bustle… on 1st night it was so cold but the heaters were broken, no additional heaters available for guests in these situations was unbelievable… breakfast was good and beautiful top floor glass floor so can see whole city. Breathtaking views…. The female manager there was very helpful in all aspects the following day.

The room service quality was attentive and the food was enjoyable. I thought the bathroom was clean and the bathroom was really pretty. The breakfast options were great and the view from the restaurant were epic.

There where a couple of service errors that happened during my stay that I felt were left me feeling annoyed. When I had initially booked my reservation I had requested that if it was possible for an early check in. The lady that I communicated with was very kind and told me that if there was availability they would accommodate me but did not mention any additional cost. When I arrived in the early morning the young man who checked me in was not very warm and said that they did have availability for a room but there would be a charge, I mentioned to him that they had not spoken to me about a charge for and early check in, he was not very helpful and I was tired from my travels so I just paid. I wish that there would have been better communication for my initial request. There were lots of options for places for me to stay and the early check was a major component on why I chose Mitru Express. When I got in my room it took several hours to get the temperature of the the room to a comfortable and the water heater was also not working for the first couple of hours.

It was clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the main tourist area of town. The staff was extremely kind and helpful - even stored my bags when I went to the salt flats and they went out of their way to find information for me. It was a great experience in La Paz!

The location was well suited and breakfast was good. Allowed us to check in early.

We enquired whether we can have breakfast the day before and check in early. We were given the room earlier which was great and was also told that we can have our included breakfast the morning of check in as we had to leave early the day of check out at 6:30 am (well before the start of their breakfast). However at checkout we were alarmed to see that they had not respected this. For the price paid and for being a 3.5 star hotel, they did not provide water for the room or coffee making facilities. Additionally they only provided towels/shower gel/ shampoo etc for one person despite our booking being for 2 people. When these were requested we had to wait for 40 minutes. Please note there is no air con or heating in the rooms and the hot water was sporadic and not consistent. We got laundry services done however when requested to tell us how much our laundry weighs (they charge per kg) prior to the service we were told that they can not as the person doing the laundry is downstairs which made no sense to us. We were extremely disappointed.
