To start, Christy was awesome at communication!! She is a top notch host. The house was cozy, comfortable and had so many amenities. Not just the basics, this home has just about everything you have in your own home. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great hot water and pressure. The garage made it so convenient to back in and unload straight into the well appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend staying at this rental to everyone. The washer and dryer were so great to have to use!! I always read reviews before booking and when I saw and read all 5 starts here I just knew the home would not be anything less. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Christy!! 9

I actually didn’t stay here, but set up my wife and kids while they were visiting their grandparents in Loveland. My wife insisted I leave a review because of how much she enjoyed her stay. Kids also loved it. Communication was fantastic and location was minutes away from my wife’s family.

Everything was perfect, she thought of everything you could possible need on vaca. Highly recommend her, she was the BEST!!

Perfect for what we needed. Great host. Had a minor plumbing issue and plumber was there within 20 minutes to fix the problem. Will stay there again when we come back to Ft. Collins area!

The property was fantastic - clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner was great! We contacted her to know that someone had broken the cornhole boards prior to us being there, and she had her son bring over a new set! We would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in town.

This was a great space for my family! Plenty of space for everyone. It was cleaned & had games that we enjoyed as a family.

The duplex was in great condition and was a perfect gathering place for the family.

The duplex was spotless and smelled great upon arrival. The host has it well stocked with essentials from k-cups to laundry detergent to shampoo…there is also a nice backyard….the property is in a good, easy to reach location with necessities close by…attractions in the area are close by… I highly recommend this property…I hope it’s available for my future trips to the Loveland area….

The property worked perfectly as a central location for our week stay in the area. Our drives to Estes Park and RMNP, Fort Collins, Boulder and Denver were all easy from this property. The property itself was clean and homey when we arrived, and very comfortable between daily adventures. The property hosts were timely and friendly in all communications. We would certainly consider staying here again, and would recommend this property to others.

This was our second time staying at this lovely home. We once again appreciated the tidiness and attention to detail that the host demonstrated in the presentation of their home. The VRBO host was extremely responsive to our needs. We look forward to visiting family again next year and hope to be able to rent out this home again!

My husband and I stayed here while trying to decide if we would like to retire to the Loveland area. The unit was very nice--clean and it smelled great! The owners have thought of many nice touches-plenty of coffee (except decaf!), everything you would need in the kitchen, even makeup remover towlettes in the bathroom. It feels warm and homey. We will likely stay here if we are in the area again, which we hope to be.

Although we were further from the mountains than we first realized it wound up being a great location! We wanted to see as many college campuses as possible for our 16 year old and also allow him snowboarding opportunities. We were able to do it all and had a wonderful time. Great eateries nearby and the mountains were amazing! We lucked out with outstanding weather. Absolutely loved the townhouse, perfect for our needs and had everything we could ahve possibly wanted.

The property is just as pictured and very comfortable! It had everything we needed and was very convenient to everything! We loved it, I think the only that could make it better would be two full baths and more counter space in the bathrooms, but it worked out and is appointed very nicely!

This was the perfect setup for what we needed for the week. The house was clean and had everything you needed but it wasn't crowded or cluttered. If we ever find ourselves in Loveland again, then we will certainly be staying here.

Home was exactly as depicted in the listing. Very comfortable for two adults but could certainly accommodate another couple. While I did not cook a full meal, the kitchen appeared well-stocked. Appreciated the coffee and general supply of condiments to help with cooking needs. Very clean and well-maintained. Easy to navigate to most of Loveland.

Comfortable, clean place. Close to RMNP and Denver but very quiet and peaceful.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to accomodate a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. This place felt like home. The owner seriously thought of everything. There were pots, pans, toiletries, pantry staples, even popcorn and dvds. We felt so welcomed and comfortable. The duplex sat on a quiet cul de sac just off the main road. We were just a short drive away from everything we needed.

Would highly recommend for anyone to stay here! She has EVERYTHING you could need!

This home was absolutly beautiful and extremely clean. The moment we walked in the door it smelled amazing! The beds were very comfortable. We invitied family over for dinner one night and the home even had a high chair and bib for our little niece. The property owner was easily reachable via text and was extremely helpful. I would 100% recomend this as a place to stay for a couple or a family! We will be booking again for our next visit to CO!

Where do I even begin!? let me start by saying the pictures of the sweet Oasis are exactly how the rental looks, you are not being tricked this place is genuinely that beautiful! For starters Christy was amazing from the very beginning of our booking, we were allowed to check in early which was a blessing because our flight came in much earlier than check in time. When I texted Christy to ask she was more than accommodating she was compassionate right away. She advised me about the weather and things to do around the neighborhood she also advised me of everyday essentials that she had in the place so that we wouldn’t have to pack extra ! You guys, if you’re considering booking this place I’m telling you DO IT. I was a little scared to book this place without having any prior reviews but I decided to trust my gut and go with it ! We are so glad we did ! It snowed while we were visiting and let me tell you how Christy went out of her way to make sure us Florida people were okay. She had her sons (which were the sweetest most polite gentlemen) come and shovel our driveway early the morning of the snowfall. We didn’t even realize that was a thing bc (Florida) 😂🤣👋🏻 But thank god she was taking care and looking out for us. I traveled with my husband and seven year old son, the place was perfect. So many thoughtful details. The room my son stayed in had toys readily available for his play time. The bathroom was equipped with make up wipes and nice shampoo conditioner and body wash and one thing that is a small gesture but really made a difference is in many of the plugs in the house Christy included a usb charging port for easy charging ability ! Small things like that meant so much to me ! The neighborhood was perfect. Close to everything but weirdly not loud or busy feeling. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed, the backyard was perfect for my son to play in safely as it’s fenced and we had no disturbances from neighbors. I honestly don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay I am so grateful for Christy and her hospitality 10/10 would book this place again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
